Stayed Oct 3, 2025Excellent communication with the host. Excellent location. Host set up car service to/from the apartment. Only complaint is there were no instructions how to use facilities inside the property such as having to turn on gas to activate water heater to get hot water for the shower. There's a few minor fixes needed to the showering facilities also (faucet knobs falling off, water guard detached, new shower heads needed). Overall, it was a good stay.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025The apartment itself is fine with tall ceilings and it’s quiet. But it’s very cheaply furnished. Bed in one of the rooms was basically a mattress. That table you see in the photos is not really a table. The water pressure is non existent with one shower going hot then cold the whole time. Most importantly, if you need to work in the apartment there is no cell service. I mean nothing. And then there was a problem with the internet too. Basically this was one step better than a hostel and not for a grown couple.

Stayed May 15, 2025This was the perfect place for my family. We spent most of the time visiting various sites around Rome and this was great to come home, get some rest, have a small breakfast and get back out to the city. Plenty of restaurants nearbye and so close to Vatican city. We had a great time and felt a little like we were Italian residents by the end. The host communicated well in checking in, but we didn't have any interaction after that because we didn't need to. What a great time. Thank you.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s perfect for two couples because you can close off each wing of the apartment (which include bedroom and full bathrooms) for ultimate privacy. The space was very clean and Accomodalia responded to my messages quickly working with us on our check in time.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024The apartment was so close to everything! The love quiet neighborhood of Via Cresencio was close to everything! There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment! Would definitely stay here again!!
