Cute and spacious one bedroom basement apartment with private entrance in a family neighborhood home. LVP floors throughout, a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine (not a full kitchen) A bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and to top it all, it features a projector in the living room. A deck with a firepit table and 4 chairs with a view to a beautiful creek.
This house is located in the prime Roswell area with less than a mile distance to stores, and restaurants.
Guest has access to one parking spot next to the house, down the driveway.

This was a comfortable place to recharge after long days the deck overlooks the forest which was very relaxing. The beds were comfortable. The host provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion which was appreciated. There were also multiple kinds of K-Cup coffee and a few teas which was also appreciated. It's a quiet area and exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely stay there again.

Super clean, looks better than the photos online. Stairs were a lot more than I thought but sturdy! Projection tv was ok but probably better if you had a real one. Picture is hard to see during sunlight hours.
