The room was clean, nicely decorated and in a quiet location. The only negative was finding it as the building is tucked behind another building. It was a great stay!

A great weekend! Walked to the lift up the hill each morning, skied into the condo when the day was done. An easy walk into town. It was just what we needed!

Lovely condo in Breckenridge. Very short walk to Strawberry Lift and directly ski back to condo at the end of the day. The place is small but cozy and you think why do they have such a big sofa taking up space, that is until you sit in the reclining leather sofa after a long day of skiing and you are very happy! So comfortable. The kitchenette is appointed vey well for the space and works great for a long weekend. Everything you would need. The place is very clean and a great ski getaway for two!

Absolutely wonderful. The condo was spotless and so well appointed…coffee, thick towels, comfortable bed, and even chocolates! Best of all, we were able to walk to everything downtown. Highly recommend!

Awesome condo. Great lication just up 4 O'Clock Rd from main St. Small balcony with creek just outside your window is special. Upgraded linens and extras are nice touches. The recliner love seat is super comfy too. Would definitely stay here again!

This wonderful rental is just as advertised. The stream right outside the condo couldn’t have been better. Best white noise ever. Within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and many great restaurants. Host was prompt and responsive. Given the opportunity we will stay again.

The Studio was absolutely perfect for two. It was really clean, beautifully decorated, and a perfect location. We would rent again in a heart beat. Daniel stayed in touch and was extremely responsive. Great stay!

This condo is a relaxing retreat! We loved that it was located conveniently to everything and that it was walking distance to Main Street. The creek was so peaceful to fall asleep too and we left the sliding door open the majority of the time. We loved watching the hummingbirds and we even saw a cinnamon bear come out of the creek during our stay! Daniel checked in to make sure that everything was fine during our stay and the condo had everything that we needed. We would definitely come back to stay.

Absolutely truly amazing. Location is PERFECT. Apartment is exactly as described and even better. My husband and I wanted a few calm days away in a magical town and that is exactly what we got!! Would absolutely recommend:)

We were fortunate to book at this cozy condo for the 4th of July weekend. Daniel, our host made life easy for us to enjoy our stay from start to finish. The location is amazing! We walked to and from Main Street daily. The condo was clean and fresh. We had everything we needed. The sound of the creek was an added bonus! Loved every part of this condo in one of our favorite locations. Oh, and we had visit from the local Moose!

My son and now daughter in love chose a destination wedding in Breckenridge/Frisco. I wanted a magical place for them to spend their first days as man and wife and this condo delivered! Daniel was the perfecr host!

The place is as described; very cozy, well kept and in a great location. The creek adds a nice sound barrier as well! The owners are responsive and attentive. We would definitely stay again!

Great location right next to the Snowflake lift and close to town. Well stocked kitchenette. Would stay here again!

For a small condo the space is well thought out and maximized. The host seemed to think of everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The convenience of the Snowflake lift within a hundred yards and downtown just a short walk down the hill was icing on the cake.

Had a fantastic stay for our weeklong ski trip. Snowflake lift is a very short walk and you can ski right to the back entrance. The condo is perfectly cozy for 2 and can’t beat the location. Daniel was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

I stayed here a little over a year ago, so having been perfectly happy with a small and convenient spot next to town and great ski access, I was excited to snag it again. It was just my son and I, and the trip was great with great snow!

This walk-a-block-ski-in location was awesome. Just a short walk to the Snowflake lift takes you up the hill and you can literally ski all the way back to the condo at the end of the day. The condo was quaint and cozy and met all of our needs. The host was communicative and helpful with tips concerning logistics and local amenities.

Great location and a perfect cozy condo for couples. Ski In via 4-o’clock & a convenient walk to snowflake. We enjoyed the coffee, sugars, and creamer provided by the host; a real convenience. An awesome large TV at the foot of the bed. Nice bathroom with a large shower. And the best part, the condo is conveniently located 10 steps away from the parking lot on the first floor, no stairs. My wife enjoyed the back door views, viewing skiers on the 4 o’clock run while watching TV, for those cold days ;-).

This charming condo was very comfortable, extra clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with a mountain resort theme. But the best part was the little creek-side porch! Perfect for relaxing any time of day during our autumn get-away!

The place was absolutely gorgeous!! It was extremely clean and had everything we would need. The grounds were well kept and quiet. We were able to walk downtown easily and felt very safe. I would highly recommended this property for a getaway for two.

We felt like we hit the jackpot with this condo! It has to be one of the best in Breckenridge! It is small but very well organized and perfect for the two of us. The little balcony sits right next to a mountain stream. We kept our patio door open and we loved listening to the stream. Only a short walk to town for meals and shopping. Great hiking trails close by. We loved sitting on the balcony at night for star gazing, sipping wine and listening to the creek. Perfect!

My husband and I enjoyed the condo’s comfort, coziness and location! The creek next to the deck was wonderful! It was the perfect getaway!

This is a great place with choice location just a short walking distance from the main Breck strip. The room was very clean, and nicely decorated. It also has a peaceful creek to admire in the back so be sure to check that out. The room can comfortably 1 to 2 people and has a very homely feel! This cottage was perfect! A gentle river runs right outside the deck, we cracked open the door to listen the sound all night. Easy access into town and all the fun Breckenridge activities. Would love to stay again. Jeff and Tracy

Host is very attentive. Answered any questions immediately. Extremely clean. Finishs are high end. Small but balcony overlooking stream gives you plenty of room. Listened to the stream all night which made for good sleeping.

Location location location! The patio on the creek was very relaxing. We stay at many rentals and this one was one of the most thoughtfully stocked with extras.

For our first visit to Breckenridge, this condo was perfect. It was very cozy (excellent use of space), clean and stocked with everything you might need. It is close enough to downtown that if you didn’t want to get in the car, you could certainly walk. Our favorite part of the day was sitting on the balcony listening to the babbling brook and watching the amazing hummingbirds feed, as my husband and I sipped our cocktails in the evening. Daniel was an excellent host, checking to be sure we had everything we needed! If we return to Breckenridge, we would definitely stay here again.
