Remarkable property considering adjacent but similar rooms were going for three times the price.

The property was wonderful and easy to check into. Reed made sure everything was spelled out ahead of time so there were no surprises. The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking and the hospitality at this resort cannot be beat. The gondola and ski valet were wonderful perks as well. The room was very clean upon arrival and it looks like it was recently updated.

Everything about our stay was top notch. The room and view were superb, the amenities on-site we're fantastic (gondola, heated pool, hot tubs, steam room etc.) Couldn't ask for a better getaway!

My 17 yo daughter and i stayed 4 nights. Room is very standard. 2 queen beds. Small bathtub. No frills in the room. Very clean. A couple of probable oversights… no shampoo, body wash or coffee cups/coffee condiments upon arrival. Host was notified and promptly had items delivered. Beds very uncomfortable, suspecting mattresses due to be replaced. The Westin itself is a top notch resort.

The cleaning crew could use a little more attention to detail. The floor was not vacuumed, there was a a dried spill on the night stand, some stains on the bedding, no extra trash can liners, and only a few coffee cups stashed away in a box in the closet. I’m probably more particular as I worked as a housekeeper. My main concern with the hotel is that we were kicked out of the hot tub because a wedding was taking place nearby. ( Not for any sort of poor behavior… merely because of our proximity to the wedding). I feel like the hotel could have found a way to appease the wedding group without giving their hotel guests the boot. For example… how about placing some dividers up between the wedding area and pool/hot tub area? Just an idea. I just don’t think it’s fair to deny the paying guests time in an amenity they’re essentially paying for. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, but I really do think the Westin needs to rethink the wedding area and how they’re treating their other guests.

I have rented from this owner for three years and stayed in this specific room the last two year. We booked a 3 week stay in this unit. The unit has been a bit neglected. The ceiling in the shower is peeling paint and is showing wear and tear. The phones did not work properly so the only way to call the front desk or valet was by using personal cell phones. The blinds on the door leading to balcony were flimsy and kept falling off. When we tried to repair we realized they were only being held on by a thin layer of velcro. One of the lights was burned out in the bathroom which made it rather dark. The refrigerator ran excessively cold and froze our water bottles. The couch bed is uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. We had already made our decision we would not longer be renting from this resort because updates are needed. We checked out 2 days early and was surprised that the owner decided to charge us $150 dollar for carpet cleaning. The owner showed me a picture of the carpet leading to the tiled floor of dark carpet. While I do believe the entire carpet needed a good cleaning including the upholstered couch but not sure how it should be on my account. Normal wear occurs when tenants stay 3 weeks. It was a challenge to do extended stay as there was not enough supplies like toilet paper and other essentials. Westin Riverfront is a good property but it's best to pay extra and reserve from hotel so you get housekeeping and rooms that are kept updated.

The ski valet and gondola are wonderful feature of this property. You literally put your boots on and walk out the door to the gondola. Within a few minutes your at the base of Beaver Creek. Onsite free shuttle will get you to Beaver Creek, so you really don't need a car. Host was great about restaurant suggestions, our favorite was the Chophouse at the base of Beaver Creek. Awesome spring skiing and lively apres ski at the hotel bar.
