Stayed Nov 22, 2025Stay was good. Property was as advertised. It was well appointed, clean and large enough to feel like a nice size apartment. Did not appreciate that the owner did not reply to the mouse trap we bought to catch a mouse. The owner did not offer to reimburse or even say sorry that you had to take care of the mouse.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023We stayed here once before and loved it so much we stayed again! The unit is very clean and the woodwork is gorgeous! The bed is comfortable. The hosts are easy to get hold of if you need something. There's a neighborhood cat that comes to visit and we love spending time with her! She's like an on site host. She just wants love and food if you're willing to share. Parking is off street and I love that too. As long as we have events in Topeka, we will be staying here.

Stayed Oct 19, 2023I was looking for some place to stay that was quiet and relaxing. This property is warm and comfortable, with an understated elegance. The porch was a nice place t and I felt comfortable parking my car in the back of the property. The occasional neighbor was friendly and the property manager was quick to respond to my questions.
