Our newly built guest house in 2016 has two 100sqm apartments.
Both apartments have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large living-dining area with kitchenette, comfortable couch and play area for children.
The apartment on the 1st Floor has a beautiful balcony, from there you have a view of the Andechs Monastery and the Ammersee.
The large garden can also be used by the guests in the 1st Floor can also be used.
There is a swing and a sandpit to play.

Stayed Jun 15, 2018This cozy home was the best part of our trip. The owners are so nice & thought of every detail when designing this apartment. We had fresh strawberries from the field & fresh eggs from their chickens in the morning. We had a view of the lake & hills every day. Could not have been better! Our granddaughters loved seeing how they cut & bail hay on a farm! We loved it too. Wish we had spent our entire trip there.
