Cozy Treetop Hideaway

What a fantastic property. Daiv was a great to deal with and helpful in all regards and communicated with us promptly at all times. The apartment was very well appointed and immaculately clean. Murray Hill's revitalizing downtown area offered some great little dining options. Any future trips to Jax will have Get in touch with Daiv for accommodation as #1 on our list of things to do.

Felt comfortable from the minute we walked in. Davi was a great host. We had a slight issue with the door lock. Davi came over and corrected it very quickly. Would recommend Cozy Treetop Hideaway if you're in the Jacksonville area. We'll be staying there every opportunity we have.

Thanks for the delicious cupcakes upon arrival! The upstairs unit was very comfortable. We were only there to sleep for the most part. I thought the area was closer to 5 points and Riverside so we would have been able to walk. We were able to get Uber. The only change I would make would be to take out all carpet and replace with LVT and rugs!

Daiv is an exemplary host. He knew I loved coffee and had extra available as well as complimentary homemade goodies from a local bakery. He text checking to make sure we found everything in working order and inquired if we needed anything else. But, he has already thought of everything down extra toothbrushes, travel size toothpaste, bottles of wine, plenty of dishes, etc.The treetop deck was amazing in the mornings with our coffee and again in the evenings after our adventures. We would definitely recommend and return again, but definitely prefer upstairs for the deck. It's the game changer!

Great place for one/two people. Nice porch right outside front door. Everything you could EVER possibly need is in the unit. Great communication with the host.

This was an overnight stay to be remembered. The place was cozy and clean. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the revitalized Murray Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville it was super conveniently located and had everything and more inside to make it feel like home. Especially loved the honor system minibar. From check-in to checkout we felt well taken care of. Would stay here again if it’s available on another visit to the area.

Adorable, private and easy access to great restaurants. Host was very quick to respond to all questions and was very personable! Neighborhood is extremely quiet with great sidewalks to walk your pet and a dog park within walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

AMAZING! The porch is a treehouse type location. Perfect floor plan for the 1 bedroom. All the amenities you need and more. I had a great stay. Easy check in. Host was gracious enough to come by because too many cars were in the drive. Super friendly. Great area if you wanna see all the walkable parts of town. 30 minutes to the beach. Daiv also had a chair I could take with me. Perfect place for 1 or 2 people. Hosts went above and beyond what is expected. Definite stay again spot. Check out this amazing spot. Host has several other beautiful places. I saw the downstairs Artsy apartment. Looked amazing also. Hosts made a bad family trip a happy place for me to relax and wind down from the chaos. Thank you to Daiv and his partner for the fabulous visit.

Our Mother's day weekend getaway was great. Mr. Daiv was very attentive. The house has everything you may forget to pack. He thought of close to everything. The cupcakes he brought for our welcoming, cute and delicious. Definitely will stay there again.

Our 12 day stay was comfortable in this well appointed apartment. Quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Jax. Easy access to major highways . Daiv, our host, made sure nothing was lacking! Pleasantly surprised by the baked goodies waiting for us. Got more than our money’s worth. Well come again.

The property’s location and quaint feel was wonderful. Enjoyed coming in to cupcakes and loved that toothbrushes were available. Not everyone thinks of the small things. Paper thin walls are the only things that keep me from saying excellent

Host had great hospitality and we were welcomed with cupcakes. The host also gave some great recommendations for places to eat nearby. The bed was a little stiff for us, but overall it was a good place to stay for the one night we were visiting.
