Stayed Feb 3, 2026Host was responsive. I appreciated that. The room was cozy and modern. The bedding was a polyester nightmare. Please invest in cotton bedding. The air conditioning was so cold I needed my winter jacket. The shower liner was cheap disgusting plastic and could use an upgrade. Also, not a napkin or paper towel in the kitchenette-bring your own.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025The studio was beautiful, clean (spotless) and the host very attentive (Arien). The shower was beautiful as well. We like to cook breakfast therefore the electric cooktop was adequate for making breakfast. The kitchen is very large for the studio with an island to sit at all up to date with a large stainless steel sink. Water pressure was perfect compared to other VRBOs Ive stayed at. The place was near my family so i could tend to my 83 year old dads needs and spent New Years in Port Richey. Looking to stay again soon Edward from New York

Stayed Oct 8, 2025The hosts were very good with communication regarding check in and out.The rental had everything we needed and was very comfortable and quiet.Everything was fantastic, the only recommendation I have is that we would have liked a larger, firmer mattress. We are 2 larger adults and we were a little cramped. It was very well appointed and decorated. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.
