Shops, Restaurants, para sailing, jet skis, Rentals for Bikes, Boogie Boards, Surfboards etc are extremely close. Belmont Park is only a stone throw away as well. The studio has vinyl floors throughout. Full kitchen with everything you need: Pots, Pans, Plates, Utensils, Glasses, Cups, Coffee Maker, Stove & Oven and Full Sized Refrigerator. Relax seated on the patio reading a book or playing a guitar taking in the luke warm and breezy air.

    Lovely to be a block away from the beach, near Belmont Park, and a grassy area. However, the place was much smaller than the pictures lead on. It was still comfortable as we spent most of our time outside.

    Surrounded by tall buildings, no view of anything but walls. Inside very 1960s crammed into a small bedroom, tiny kitchen and little bathroom. Tv not viewable from bed unless you are 4 ft tall and sleep sideways on the bed. Kitchen table dwarfs room allowing one person to sit at table.

    This is a great stay for a couple. Luke & Sarina are very accommodating & nice to deal with. Location is perfect to beach and amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

    We ended up getting upgraded to a larger unit that both fit our needs better and helped them out with another request they were getting. The owners are very communicative and easy to work with. We were very happy with the place and the location.
