Cozy studio in the Sierras

I was very happy with the unit, other than noise. It is on 2nd floor of 3 story building and above neighbors were very noisy (a small child, I think was the issue). Also, it is quite close to the main road into Northstar, pretty constant traffic. If you are not sensitive to noise, then this is a great unit. Pretty setting, nice complex, the Northstart village and rec center are nice.

The location is fantastic, a short drive to the northstar village. It was a great studio for just my wife and I, anymore than two people might be a squeeze. The room itself is nice, cabin-y and cozy, but after closer inspection it could use a bit of love. The shower drain was clogged with hair that caused the tub to fill while showering, as well as previous guests hair on walls. There were crumbs on the bed when we first got in, and the kitchen cabinets and the closets were packed with items so we couldn't use storage. After reaching out to Lexy, she was genuinely concerned about the cleanliness, but we were disappointed when we never heard from her or the cleaning company regarding that after first bringing it up. Overall, we had a good time, but because of Covid, it would have been nice if it had been a bit cleaner.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the condo. We will be back!

My little family of 3 had a fantastic time at Lexy's condo for our ski trip. The location to the mountain was fantastic and the shuttle comes on demand which was very helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo and being able to use the Rec Center at North Star. It is great for 2 people. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Just a note there are lots of steps to get to the condo, great exercise!!

It was very difficult to learn location of unit. Did not get Address until a week ahead which made it very hard to plan your trip. There was no one to talk to. Also no TP Kleenex closet space to hang clothes (closet was Full of bed linens other stuff. Kitchen faucet is broken. Only fan was very dirty. I was very disappointed as a first time VRBO renter. We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully updated condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, just a short nature walk to the rec center and village. Communications with the owner, Lexy, were excellent. She quickly responded to questions, and also checked-in by email to see if we needed anything.

First of all, Lexy was terrific with her communication throughout the entire process. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. My wife, 10 year old son, and I stayed at the property for 8 nights. The studio offered us all the essentials - full kitchen, full bath, a queen bed and a pull out sofa. We didn't plan on spending much time indoors, so this set up was perfectly fine for us. To have all the advantages of being right at the base of the mountain for such a modest price was a no brainer for my family. We would definitely book with Lexy again in the future.

Our stay at this Northstar Property was superb. The owner, Lexy, was helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and that we were aware of the amenities of the property. Our stay was GREAT!

Perfect location next to Northstar resort. Highly recommend
