This was the perfect rental for our weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on!

It was a perfect little spot to stay for the 2 of us and so very convenient. Everything was clean and neat and comfortable, the host was quick to respond and we had a great time! We were in Seaside for a wedding and all the festivities were in short walking distances. It was great having the parking pass all paid for and the beach access too! Would definitely go back to this cozy studio and it is a great deal! Thanks

The host was extremely helpful. Contacted us directly to guide us to parking, can be tricky in Seaside, even in the off season. The unit was centrally located and we felt very secure.

Room and location were amazing! Apartment sits behind restaurants & stores so there was some noise early mornings with deliveries coming in but was not bad and as expected given Seaside is an early morning type town. Stayed here solo and walkability was amazing and felt extremely safe. Bed was comfortable and perfect amount of space for one, may be little tighter space when visiting with two people

This was the second time that we have stayed here, and it’s perfect. The location couldn’t be better, quiet, comfortable and the best for a couple.

Perfect location!

The studio is a little dark/ could use more light, but the location was good. Parking was satisfactory and price was good for two people who did not plan to spend a lot of time in the room.

Location was close to beach, restaurants, amphitheater.

Convenient

Small but had everything we needed. Perfect for a couples getaway for a few days. We didn’t need our car for anything. The beach was steps away and so were the shops and restaurants! We loved it!

Room was as described. Property management was quick to answer questions. It has been some time since I visited Seaside and was surprised that we had to pay daily for pool usage. The terms were listed at the bottom of the amenities list.

We loved how close we were to all the shops and restaurants in Seaside

This cozy lil studio was simply amazing. Location is top notch. Bed was incredibly comfortable and nights were quiet as a mouse. We phoned MJ for extra towels and he was over in a matter of minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and definitely hope to be back soon. Such a lovely little place to rest, but so close to all the action, dining and beach entrance.

This is a cute little place right in the heart of Seaside. A simple studio apartment with the basics. This is perfect for a place to lay your head. If there had been some wall mounted shelves/cubbies for storage, it would have felt a little roomier. Overall it was great!

Couldn’t have a better location! Very small, but just what we needed.

Location was fantastic! Place was clean and neat. However, we were only left one roll of toilet paper (I feel there should have been an extra roll). Also no shampoo or soaps were offered. Also no beach chairs were offered and very skimpy beach towels. One really needs to be thrown out! For the price we felt the unit under delivered..

Overall, it was a great place for a single or couple to stay for a few days. It's on the small side so anything more than 3 days might be too long. Only complaint is parking. There is NO assigned parking spot! You have to fight everyone else for a spot which can be tough in Seaside!

We frequent Seaside yearly and this place was just steps away from the restaurants and shops! Perfect place for a couples getaway. MJ gave us all the information we needed and was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely return here!

Not the most luxurious place compared to other places in Seaside, but the location can’t be beat and is great if you’re looking to stay in seaside for a few days.

This property was exactly as advertised. Its location was excellent. We didn’t use our car during our entire weekend stay. We walked to the beach and all the various restaurants nearby. The studio was small but perfect for what we needed, clean and had all the amenities we would need, including kitcehn appliances, dishware, glassware, and silverware. The bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Highly recommend this property..

Overall our stay at this property was perfect! It is about 10 steps from the shops and you just walk across the street and you’re at the beach! Loved our stay here!

Perfect setting.

Small place but big on location and convenience! If you have a event in Seaside or close by this location can not be beat! Easy access to beach too! Host were very easy to communicate with!

Great location

We found the studio just as pictured! Very clean and sanitized. It had all that we needed. Although it was a small space, it was all 2 people needed. SO close to the circle in the center of Seaside. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Cabana man was great to rent beach chairs and umbrella from. They had us set up and we didn’t have to carry all that stuff! We loved the vintage airstream food trucks and shopping!

This apartment was perfect for us. In the middle of town within easy walking distance of the beach, stores and restaurants. Landlord was quick to answer questions and easy to reach. We will definitely use this place again.

It was an awesome place to stay. It was located in the heart of everything in Seaside. You were in walking distance of all kinds of places to eat and all kinds of shopping. It was also located very close to beach which it made it very convenient to go back and forth.
