Cozy Studio In Great Location

This was an amazing property! Very clean, the hosts were amazing and care about their guests.

Great studio rental with tons of space and all of the amenities you could ever want or need. Everything was clean and neat and well organized. Emi is an excellent host and was very helpful when we arrived late. The location is very convenient - we plan on staying here again the next time we are visiting. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at this lovely place and it keeps getting better! She told us of the upgrades she had done, and everything was just as awesome as the first time we stayed there. The place is ideal for me as it's 6 minutes from my daughter's place and there are so many things to do in the area. We were able to meet Emi (she was watering her yard when we drove up) and she is just so nice and a pleasure to talk to. She really went out of her way to make our stay as awesome as possible and she didn't disappoint. A truly great place to stay.

I booked this property for our stay because of it's proximity to my sister's who just recently moved to Washington. And while it was less than a mile away, for us, the many other benefits of this property really made it worth it. The property is beautiful and quiet and the studio itself is so cozy and inviting. The owners could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. The attention to detail -- the labels on the cabinets and closets telling you where the hair dryer is, where the extra linens are, etc., make it so easy to navigate through a space that isn't your own, but by the end of your stay, it feels like it is. Emi also included a guide of some of her favorite nearby bakeries, eateries and places to visit and it was so helpful. We got pizza from one of the restaurants on her list and our whole family enjoyed it. What an amazing find. When we return to visit my sister and her family, I plan to book my stay here again.

The cozy studio is absolutely wonderful!! It is tastefully decorated and has everything one could possibly need for a delightful stay. The bed is super comfy and the surrounding area was very, very quiet. We loved it and hope to return in the future.

Stay was perfect!

The owner has done a great job with a 5* remodel.This property would work for an easy accessible property as you enter lower level suite of a split level home through the garage, with no steps required. A side yard has a nice private sitting area set up for your use. As with any VRBO that has a door that could be shared with the owner (interior stairs, for example), may I suggest that a lock be put on both sides of the unused door, not just the owner's side., and a lock from the garage to the suite. Thanks for a lovely stay. Great wine and snacks and wonderful soaps!

This property is SUPER nice. Lots of indoor space, comfy bed and linens, huge bathroom with every product I needed :) a driveway or garage parking spot, very well appointed, down to the sweets and wine. :) The 'cottage' name however, is a misnomer. You enter thru the garage into this studio under the house. The location was perfect for us! Easy access to the WA522 toward the Woodinville wine region. We wpukd definitely book this property again!

Our stay was wonderful. Our host had fresh fruit, a salad package, French bread & a bottle of wine waiting for us! So thoughtful!! The studio is clean & fresh flowers on the table!! The bed is comfy & big fluffy towels. This is our second stay here & will come back again.

This was a lovely, roomy studio with so many nice extras. I'm a country girl who has a well, so I appreciate bottled water already in the fridge, not to mention some snacks and a nice bottle of wine. The bathroom had everything you need from shampoo to lotions to robes. Check in and out was easy and great communication from the hostess. Definitely recommend.

I stayed here for 9 days and everything was perfect. The extra touches like fresh fruit, laundry detergent - anything you could want was there, including condiments and a keurig. I would 100% stay here again!!

This place is so cute. It is decorated so well and has the spa feel to it. We enjoyed our stay. If we make the trip back to the Seattle area, we will be staying with Emi!

Beautiful cozy and clean space. Very charming, and has everything you need and more. It was quiet and peaceful and felt very safe as a solo traveler. The host was communicative and very kind. I'd absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were modern and clean with a European type of style. The private entrance was nice with garage parking available. Our stay was quiet and comfortable.

Amazing space with kind and accomodating hosts. In a perfect world the secondary door that enters directly into the unit would have its own lock, but the primary lock is perfectly sufficient.

We totally enjoyed the beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked space! The hostess was wonderful at communicating and had everything we could possibly want on hand. It was super easy to access and very, very comfortable and restful!! Hope to return again!

We had a great time here. It was close enough to Seattle to go into the city for the day but in a nice suburb with plenty of other places to try. The hosts were welcoming and very responsive!

A well designed, thoughtfully laid out suite full of character and artistry. Special touches in each area of the living space graciously welcomed guests. A suite which has spoiled us for all others.

Both my friend and I were astonished by the niceness of the place, they really put in the effort to make it cozy and hospitable. Good communication as well. I would choose this place again when I come back if it is available. Great place!
