Cozy Studio Apartment

The radiant flooring was amazing! It had all the cookware I needed and cleaning supplies. I liked the Lake Placid Olympics theme, especially while staying there at the start of the Olympics! Would love to stay there again sometime!

Very clean accomodations on one level. Just right for a couple.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful! The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway! The mini oven was just what we needed to heat up prepared meals. We would love to visit again!!

Our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend was wonderful. Our hosts were very accomodating, and quick to respond to a last minute change. The property was perfect. We plan to visit again.

Easy access and very nice apt.

It was our first time renting through VRBO vs. staying at a hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The unit was in a beautiful area very close to town center, and it was lovely. It was clean, well organized and was thoughtfully stocked with necessities. We had a great time!

The place was clean and inviting. We really loved the view from the back patio. The place had everything we needed and located near town. A huge bonus was the short walk to the rails trail. We would stay here again!

Great little studio with all of the amenities we needed. Close to town, but in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Very clean, close to village as well as good hiking. Dogs were not scared to walk on cement floor at all.

The walk to town was approximately one mile. A nice easy pretty walk. We stayed four nights while we were visiting for a wedding. Our dog enjoyed the property and watched for chipmunks. The dog bowl, towels, and dog treats were a nice surprise. Everything was clean and as expected. Would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be a floor-length mirror (for those that need to dress for a special occasion).

I was up there for the annual lacrosse tournament. Very clean, close to bike path. No surprises. Would definitely stay there again. Would be nice if they had a fire pit though.

The room was clean and exactly as described. Check in was easy and the host allowed a slightly early arrival to accommodate my schedule. It was very convenient to Lake Placid and the surrounding area. Wi-Fi was great.

The apartment was very cozy, tucked away off the main roads. After hiking all day, it was so nice to have this retreat. Just enough room, and comforts needed for a couple of days. Beautiful landscaping. Hearing nothing but birds chirping was relaxing. Great place to stay! Thank you Kathy!!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Easy, super close access to ADK rail trail. Very clean, well appointed, everything you need. Lovely patio area to enjoy morning coffee (or post ride beverage.) We would definitely come back.

The Cozy Studio apartment was indeed cozy and very peaceful! And just a few minutes from Mirror Lake & Main Street, it was also extremely convenient and close to everything town has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed the serenity of the surrounding garden and backyard. The morning sun and sounds of the backyard stream & singing birds were a perfect way to start our day. If you're looking for a cool, comfortable and quiet place to relax after your Adirondack adventures, The Cozy Studio has everything you need including a wonderful host. Thanks Kathy! My wife and I travel to ADK at least once a year to do some hiking (this time with our two small dogs). This private studio had everything we needed and is in a very convenient location. It was very clean and stocked with fresh linens and towels - even a few just for the dogs’ muddy paws. We look forward to returning one day with some better weather!

Fourth time staying at Kathy's cozy studio apartment and as in previous stays, everything was perfect. Love the location - so convenient to everything in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment felt like home with all the amenities needed to recharge after a day out on the trails.

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy little studio over Thanksgiving weekend. The place was immaculate, the bed was SO comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a very short drive to downtown and the Olympic Arena, where we were headed for college hockey. The hosts are warm and welcoming - I can’t say enough good things about the entire weekend. Can’t wait to go back!

The property was about 5 minutes outside of town, so everything was really easy to get to. The weather wasn't great while I was there, so ended up spending more time in the apartment than I had planned. It was really quiet and comfortable. Great for napping while it was sjowing. :)

A quaint and cozy studio with everything you need! We really enjoyed the intimacy of the smaller studio footprint ! It was perfect for our short trip to hike the adk. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The added bonus was the in floor heat after a long day on the trails! We will definitely book here again
