Stayed Oct 14, 2025Overall, the property was clean and comfortable. Two bedrooms were spacious enough for myself and my older son to stay comfortably. The apartment complex was nice with a pool and a hot tub. The location of the property is ideally located close to restaurants and several other activity areas like Topgolf and Andretti‘s.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025This property was perfect for our stay. It was close to our convention. We are 4 women, ages 10-63, and there was plenty to satisfy each of our activity levels. Unit was clean, and the air conditioning was needed and wonderful. Our hosts were friendly and responded to all our questions in a timely manner. We will stay again!

Stayed Feb 26, 2025Our stay was very nice. My daughter and I came into town for a convention and found this gem of a place to stay. The hosts were kind and saw to our every need. The area is definitely worth a stay. I’ve never been in the colony before, but I will be back.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025Pack and play and high chair, good size kitchen, living, and bedrooms. Already had trash bags, coffee, and laundry detergent stocked! Covered parking was great because it snowed the weekend we came down.

Stayed Dec 9, 2024I truly wish I could share videos and pictures to show how disgusting the unit was the rental was. Check in was very easy and simple. When I walked in I felt bamboozled. The furniture was completely worn down,pillows had holes in them, but that wasn’t the worse. The smaller couch had stains on the seat cushion from the left side to the right. Unsure what the stains were but I refused to sit on it. The bigger couch had the holes in the pillows, and it had juice like stains.The apartment reeked of dust, and dirt smell.I literally had to open the windows. The bedroom covers/pillow cases were filthy, and I mean filthy! The walls had stains all over, from the living room, bedrooms, even the closets. I did not want to live there for 5 days! I reached out to the host with my concerns, and was accused of phishing for a free stay. I had to explain to the host, that would allude to me wanting to actually stay there. Which I DID NOT. I explained to Vrbo.that a refund wasn’t necessary if they could place my children and I somewhere else clean. They left it in the host hands, and the host refused to refund me. The host stated verbatim that even hotel, hospitals, and restaurants aren’t perfect. Which is true, the difference is restaurants, and hotels would refund you, and let you go else where. The host offered to let the cleaner come out to clean 3x, when I asked if she was going to clean the couches, change the bed covers, sheets and pillows. They refused for safety.
