Really nice space for single or couple and convenient to access and stay - just perfect for overnight when visiting family locally!
Loved the property and location! Very short walk to downtown coffee, shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Property was very clean and cute. Easy parking. Would definitely return!
Great location for our short stay. Short walk to grocery store and local shops, restaurants. Parking was easy, and the owner was very responsive to questions. Thanks for a great stay!
The property was perfect for a nightly stay and is way more spacious than I imagined. Comfort was easy to control since each room had its own air conditioner and humidifier. The bed was great. The only downsides: The staircase was a bit narrow and dark so I needed to use my phone flashlight to see the code. As mentioned, the driveway is first come first serve. When I arrived on a Friday evening, there wasn’t parking available so I had to locate on-street parking, which was a bit full. Fortunately, there was one spot available. Overall I am pleased. Thank you!!
Great central lication, walk to many restaurants and bars, quick drive to numerous shoreline spots. Very clean, well-stocked apartment and comfortable.
Unit was extremely clean and well stocked. Host very responsive and pleasant. We’ll definitely go back.
Enjoyed my stay
The property was clean, and overall, a very nice place to stay. The location was perfect for me. Right in the center of the beautiful town of Branford, CT. This is my hometown, so getting up in the morning and strolling through town brought me back. My rating of 5 stars might be a 4 for some, because the house is older, and therefore: the stairway (two flights) is narrow; the rooms are small; room A/C units, not central. Also, the bed is very firm (some prefer this). Bathroom is clean and water pressure is good. Access to the property is easy (just read the clear directions). There is a kitchenette and a coffee maker with coffee available (Dunkin' Donuts, I believe). Stop over at Caron's Corner to get some cream and sugar if that's your preference. Being in this part of town is like going back in time. If you've never been to Branford, this an especially great place to stay. The old cathedrals and enormous canopy trees on the Green and around the Blackstone Library make for a very relaxing walk. Stop by Common Grounds for a coffee and biscotti if you like those sorts of things. In summary, I loved it, but do check my (minor) caveats above to make sure it's the right place for you.
