Stayed Mar 27, 2024Perfect for a Springbreak get a way. My two kids (9 &11) slept on the fold out couch and had no complaints. Catholic church a few blocks away along with the beach. Shopping coffee shops bars all within a short walk. Basketball across the street and some serious pickle ball. The Zoo is about 20 minutes, Petco Park also about 20 minutes. We had a blast going to do it again next year.

Stayed Jun 1, 2023We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is in a great location in Pacific Beach and close to many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Evolve accommodated us greatly and were very helpful throughout the entire process. However the home owner was not very pleasant to deal with and he lives in the apartment right beside. Overall, we thought the apartment was great!

Stayed Aug 6, 2019Could have been cleaner. Found a few cheerios throughout the place left behind from previous vacationers. Bed was not good at all. It's a 4 inch mattress on top of a box spring. Pull out couch bed was horrid. Vertical window blinds throughout property broken and falling off at the slightest touch. Not a bad location but seems owner is somewhat frugal with decor and cleanliness. Over all if the price was lower I'd recommend. First and last stay at this one for us.

Stayed Jun 4, 2019I have been lucky enough to reserve this location the past few times that I've visited Pacific Beach. Easy to find, everything is in walking distance. Never have been bothered by the neighbors. I look forward to staying here again.
