This tiny house was an awesome property. Very nice place and well kept. The communication with Megan was great and we'll be looking to book another tiny house again.

the stay was good, just was there one night. But there was gum wraper on the lamp by the couch so wasnt sure it had been cleaned. Also the hand reail going up could really use a good cleaning very sticky. and the floor at the top by the matteress we could feel dirt on the floor so made sure we bruched off our feet. Cute place and I know its all about making money but it could use a TLC. Oh and also the faucet is loose under the sink in the kitchen so it was leaking. Look like someone just put a paper towel around it. Also the little 2 burner had food left on it. So the was sticky when you went to use that. So I hope you care about this message.

Here are the things I liked: the proximity to downtown and the kitchenette. The biggest problem with the Tiny House Leadville is that the water supply pipes apparently are not insulated, so they freeze in the winter if you don’t leave the faucets dripping when the outside temp is below freezing. I had to move to a different unit because the pipes froze and I had no water. The cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a drop of jelly (I think) on one of the switch plates, and there was a glob of something in the kitchen sink. There was no “Kleenex”, and I almost ran out of toilet paper. There was no information that I could find that said how to contact someone for help. There was no instructions in the room about how to use the TV. I had no idea how to use Roku. The beds were difficult to get into. One was in the loft. A ladder was how you get to the loft and it was secured to the wall in a vertical position. Easy to climb ladders are at an angle. The first unit is was in had stairs to the loft. Each stair riser was very tall, making it difficult to climb. The other bed that was not in the loft was a thick foam mattress on a platform that was about 3 feet high. I think the Tiny Houses are not for the elderly. I’m 62 and in fairly good health, but the Tiny Houses were just not appropriate for me.

I’ve been wanting to stay in a tiny house for quite a awhile. When I saw that Leadville now had a few tiny homes for rent I was really excited. We stayed at the end of December for one night so we could go skiing without having to drive home the same day. The RV park the tiny homes are located in is a mix of permanent RVs and tiny houses. Pretty typical of the area which just means that there’s not a lot of landscaping/beautification if that’s important to you. The road and parking area is gravel/mud as is the walk way to the door. It was quite there and no one bothered us. The interior was really quaint and cute. Basic kitchen items provided. The beds are memory foam and comfortable. The sheets and pillows are cheap and they only give you a thin quilt on the bed. If we had realized this, we would’ve brought our own blankets. It would be nice if they provided extra blankets and some hooks on the wall to hang your coats. Overall, it was a fun experience and we had a great time skiing.

The tiny house, Baby Doe, had everything we needed for our 3 day cross country ski holiday. Cozy and warm, even in -3 below mornings.

This place was very nice. Great decorations, very cozy. Shower was legit, it had space for all your gear. If you brought with some sleeping pads or a cot you could fit 4 people for sure. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

We were on our way to Leadville on a hunting trip. My truck broke down while pulling my toy hauler loaded with all our hunting gear so Had to find a place to stay for a few days. Found the baby doe tiny homes to rent online! The small amount of time we spend in it was pleasant and would recommend to others. The price was so reasonable!
