Two visits from a furnace repairman plus at least one prior to our arrival and one after we departed after one of our three week reservation. Repairman indicated there was clogged tubing by the thermal exhaust outflow. That with one broken window and another propped open during freezing nighttime temps AND several other issues ended our stay!!! A refund should have been issued - it was not!

We didn't stay because of the bugs, hair, and diapers.

Great stay, enjoyed the beds and AC! Only issue was the construction and stairs well is very steep and dirty.

Disappointed. We came down for nieces wedding and stayed for 2 days. Will not let me load the pictures.Positive:1. Linens were clean.2. Check in was easy.Negative:1. Agree with other reviews, the location did not feel safe. High Police presence for neighborhood concerns.2. Upstairs tenant loud until 1am. Ear plugs available but personally cannot use.3. Stairs steep and dangerous. I Twisted my ankle on the last step walking into the apartment the first time as there is a hole at the bottom. Avoided after that but stairs really won’t work for some people and the left top railing is loose. 4. The stairwell smelled like dog feces and the bugs were insane. See pics.5. Large bugs in the apartment in the middle of the night buzzing.6. Too small for 6 people comfortably. Son and his wife had to go to a hotel.7. It was dirty. The shower had stuff along the bottom, bathroom woodwork had stuff splashed down it, and I dropped my chapstick and it rolled under the bed…wow is all I can say. They really need to vacuum.Overall, if cleaned up and reworking of the stair situation then it could be a cute little place.

The place was great. Very well done for a basement apartment. Minus the fireworks around 11 pm, it was quiet and peaceful.

Read all of the reviews! I failed to investigate thoroughly before booking including location and I would encourage you to inquire who might be staying in the other units. This is indeed basement unit, narrow steep-ish stairs going into the unit which ultimately solidified my decision to not stay. There is no need to go into greater details but I did not feel safe staying in the unit, reached out to the hosts representative and shared with her my concerns, anxiety, and my decision to not stay in the basement unit. No concessions made, simply I am sorry, I have talked to the guests about our policies. This is no way made me feel any safer going into the basement unit with only one way out and now knowing the host had contacted the current guests above about my concern for the smell of marijuana.

The place was perfect size for what we needed. We loved the pillows so much we ordered them and they were waiting for us when we got home. Check in and communication was easy with Stacy and there was not much to do with check out.

Had a great stay during our time in Greeley! Had plenty of space for myself my husband and our two fur babies! Close to a great coffee shop (Margie’s Java Joint) and breweries (Weldwerks and Wiley Roots)! Nice neighborhood to walk around!

Proximity to campus and walkability were great.

Nice place to stay. The host replied promptly and was very helpful.

The first night it was hard to get to sleep as the upstairs guests were up stomping around until 1 am then up by 7 am slamming doors. Also the next door neighbor has a pair of very loud pitbulls outside barking.

Overall it was excellent. Very clean. Lots of space (even considering that it's a basement). We were very comfortable. Only small issue we had was a musty smell, which wasn't bad and didn't reduce our satisfaction with the place.
