Other things to note
- Guests will need to go up a set of stairs to access the apartment.
- Low Ceilings – Guests 6 feet or taller may find the space a bit tight.
- Roku Streaming (Bedroom #1 & Living Room) – Guests must log in with their own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).

Parking & Access:
No On-Site Parking – Street parking only (Free in winter, metered in summer). Some areas require a permit during summer months.
Loading/Unloading – Use the YELLOW ZONE along the street.
Do NOT park in the driveway – It must remain clear for businesses and other guests.

For Summer Guests:
✔ 1 Parking Permit Pass Provided – Must be returned at checkout to avoid a $350 replacement fee.
✔ Beach Gear Included – 2 beach umbrella & 4 beach chairs provided.
