Cozy, quiet centrally located one bedroom

It is a cozy place to stay, centrally located and quiet. Will consider utilizing again in the future.

The property was completely as described and satisfied our needs. We were there for 3 nights. As we were on the lower floor of the VRBO, awe heard children running around often. The second night, another person was on the floor above us, and we never heard them. The last night, I don’t believe anyone stayed above us. Ben had everything you could possibly need. The snacks, water, soda and coffee was a nice addition. Thanks for your hospitality.

This was the last night of our 2 week trip and it was a welcome night. The house was clean and comfortable. Would gladly stay here again.

Accurate description of the property. Host graciously let me use the other unit due to some needed maintenance in the unit I booked. Very cozy place with clean and spacious interior. Blackout curtains were definitely a plus to help adjust to the late sunsets here. A host!

Easily sleeps 3, clean and quiet in a convenient location for shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The owner has provided everything one would need for a comfortable stay including a washer and dryer with the supplies. The extra touches to make you feel at home were second to none. Such a perfect, cozy, well appointed home! I didn't rent a car so I used Lyft on my few outings and the house seemed close to everything I needed.The decor, the cleanliness, the extra little thoughtful touches really made my stay just about perfect. The bed! Soft sheets, nice pillows, magnificent mattress - I slept like a rock, which never happens! Ben was really easy to reach and responded promptly to my questions. All in all, I'd give this more than 5 stars if VRBO would let me.

Place is clean cozy, warm, lots of hot water and great internet connection.

neat, clean, small one bedroom with all amenities. I forgot to bring toothpaste but there was a handy toiletry kit. The bed was comfortable and even though this was a downstairs unit it was quiet. This unit has great proximity to all things Fairbanks. Ive stayed in the upstairs unit as well and wont hesitate to do so in either again. Good value for what was paid.

It’s nice, clean, central to Fairbanks and Ben does a good job making it so. We were there two nights and it was just what we needed.

The host was great and the apartment was clean and cute but it was in the basement with 1 liittle window in the bedroom so it felt like a dungeon. You could hear every footstep in the apartment upstairs like a herd of elephants. Our parking was street parking in front of the house but it had ankle deep water the entire time.

Super cozy, affordable spot close to everything in Fairbanks. Owner was very responsive and the snacks/water after a long day were appreciated.

This was in the top 3 VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed. I really felt at home when I walked in. There was such attention to details. Comfy and cozy. Bed was very comfortable and shower was hot and good water pressure! Close enough to walk into town and see the sights. Ben was very personal and accommodating and quick to respond. Will absolutely stay again on my next trip to Fairbanks!

We stayed here our first and last nights in Alaksa. It was great both times. Ben was super accommodating, being able to do a load of laundry was so nice, it's so quiet, SO clean, bathroom amenities were so nice. 10/10 recommend!! The only thing I recommend is bringing eye masks to sleep in as the bedroom doesn't have black out shades and it's never dark in July. :)

The place was super clean and welcoming. Treats when we arrived were appreciated. My only suggestion for this midwestern gal would be a better window cover in the bedroom. The blinds just needed some help! Very minor issue, but a shade might be better.

Lived up to the discription posted. Located in a older section of town but never felt it was unsafe. The property was well maintained and clean. Nice to have laundry facilities available on site with no extra charge.

This was my first experience with a Vrbo stay. I was pleasantly surprised with the property. It was spacious and well appointed. There were some snacks and sweets left and I could see that they went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
