Cozy Private Entire Studio Suite Independent Guest Entrance

Not only did it feel only kind of clean, but some of the things on the listing should be updated. They have changed the check out time to 10am instead of the advertised 11am. (Hand written on the rule list in the room with 11am crossed out with pen) Caused us to not catch a shower after our trail half marathon before our 15 hour drive home. There was no bottle of wine, as promised. The entrance and sitting area weren't private, but shared by the other rental units in the same house. Also, this is an illegally listed rental in the neighborhood it is in, according to the neighbor. For the unit I got, you are truly renting a garage. It still has the attic access pull down ladder in the ceiling. The shower drains super slowly so you are standing in pooled water when you are done. Also, there is a list of cleaning tasks you are asked to complete including taking out the trash and washing the dishes. Oh, and when we did make coffee, the provided creamers were almost solidifies completely. How long does it take for a restaraunt creamer to go rotten? I would not recommend to a friend.

Excellent communication with the host, very responsive. Easy check in. Amenities are appropriate for the price point. Quiet, Clean and orderly. Only thing I would suggest is bringing your own pillows and a blanket for the bed as the ones there are lightweight and thin. Good otherwise. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Quiet and very clean. We had a very relaxing stay.

It was really cute. Everything was clean and organized, and the host was very up-front and communicative. Only thing I will say is that there are no windows so outside light to non-existent. Keep that in mind when booking!

Just what we needed.

We rented the studio during recent stay to Jacksonville from another state. We stayed near our daughter and her family as they welcomed a newborn. It was a great reprieve from sleeping on the couch in the living room with our now 3 grandchildren (under 3) and their parents. There are no windows but we were gone most of the day. There is private outside sitting area for morning and evening as weather permits. The neighborhood is family oriented safe and convenient for our visit.

Lovely little studio! This is a nice spotless place with modern touches and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay!

Place was very nice, but the weather was exceptionally colder than normal. I turned the heater up to 86 and froze the first night. The room finally warmed up by the next night

Clean and well kept. Easy check-in. All in all, fantastic for the price point.
