Stayed Apr 16, 2025Avoid this host and this property. We received a message from the host letting us know that it was ready for us to check in at 4PM. When we arrived at 530PM and checked the lockbox per his instructions, there was no key! So we called, waiting outside in the cold, waiting for him to call back. When he did call back, he did not know what was going on, so we had to wait. No response. So I called him again, and finally got the key from the property owner, at a local store. The hallway to the apartment was dirty and dark. The apartment had broken kitchen cabinets, dirty dishes in the sink, holes in the drywall, and no coffee maker (which the listing had advertised and without which we would not have rented the property). We took pictures, sent them to the host and to VRBO. We told them we were unhappy and wanted a refund. The host ignored our complaints - he sent us automated messages asking us for a 5 star review! Expedia and VRBO were also unhelpful. Their position was that once you checked in, you could not get a refund, and while their customer service reps said they were working on the issue we got nothing from them.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025BEDBUGS. Horrible experience at this location. Apartment looked way nicer online which I could have dealt with if it wasn’t for the gnarly bedbugs in this apartment. I had so many bites after one night that I moved to a different location and they didn’t even refund me. Do not stay here under any circumstances. Once again: BEDBUGS.
