Stayed Feb 3, 2025The accessibility was difficult, the key pick up was from a vape shop , we couldnt return the key as the vape shop wouldn't accept it, communication was impossible, the owner took a $500 holding deposit out of our account without authorisation, the list could go on. Stayed Dec 14, 2024the unit is well equipped, nicely furnished, modern, clean and suited our needs.However the shower of the ensuite leaked onto the bathroom floor which was a bit of a slip hazard.The situation with picking up and dropping the keys was problamatic for us as we had no car and we had to pick up at a shop.We would have liked a second set of keys but it was just too hard to organise.
