Cozy Nest in Chicago's Vibrant Lincoln Square

Great place for family and ideal location

Apartment was lovely and comfortable. Host was a good communicator and helpful. Instructions were easy to follow. Location was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. We (family of 5 adults) stayed here during the winter. House is comfortable and very clean. It has pretty much all you need to make a good stay. We cooked most days as it included all we needed. One of the bedrooms is in the lower level and it gets very cold. For longer stays, it could benefit from having some drawers with a flat surface in the bedrooms, as well as seating area in the playroom. Otherwise it is really nice.

Location, cleanliness, the heat worked (!) during a freezing weekend. Easy access once we figured out to turn the lock to the right!

The house was in a great location and Almir was very responsive! We will definitely stay again!

Once they finish construction around the CTA stop, it will be even better

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Kitchen is well-equipped, house was very clean and hosts were easy to reach. Minor suggestions/comments: Add Kleenex to a few rooms, shower in bottom floor didn’t drain well and downstairs bedroom had a vent that wasn’t secured. A suggestion would be to supply inexpensive ear plugs for visitors who find the trains too loud.All in all, a wonderful property and I’d highly recommend.

The home was beautiful and in a great location. The host was excellent at communicating and providing us what we needed. We enjoyed the game room and outdoor space and the very short walk to coffee in the mornings. One of the only cons was that we were able to hear the brown train while we were sleeping at night and early in the morning but we knew that was going to be the case ahead of time so we were prepared for that. That being said, it was nice being so close to the brown train to get us to other locations. Would absolutely recommend this space!

Our family (two kids 6, 10) stayed at Cozy nest this summer and it was a perfect trip. It’s literally half a block from great restaurants, shopping, the brown line, parks, etc. we decided to drive and had no issues parking week day or week end. The house was laid out well and clean. If you are looking for a stay in a classic Chicago neighborhood, this is a perfect spot to stay!

Place was great, beautiful home in amazing area. Walk to everything and close to train. We loved it.

Stayed at this location for a family event. The home was clean and well stocked. It was an easy walk to visit family. My only input for future would be to fix the squeaky floors. We had my parents in the basement and we were tip-toeing around trying not to wake them.

Property very. Clean. Host is incredibly responsive. Close proximity to train makes it super convenient and lots of food choices in walking distance.

Quick trip for Chicago fun. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They neighborhood felt very safe and the house was very comfortable. I will say the train took a minute to get use to but it was convenient having a stop so close to the house. It definitely was the best way to get in and out of the city. Worst thing we experienced was finding street parking but that has nothi g to do with the overall experience

Everything was perfect except the train in the commuter train in the back yard.

This isn't the fanciest place we've stayed in Chicago but it's plenty nice and might be my favorite( we come often to visit our daughter so have sampled different properties and neighborhoods. Very clean, in a quiet neighborhood close to the shops and restaurants of Lincoln Square. Train is fairly close to the property but the sound didn't bother us. Liked that it was on two levels, so adult children could have their own space. Street parking was easy on the weekend; stickers available from owner if you're going to need a space weekdays 8-10am since it's restricted then.

We returned to our old neighborhood of Lincoln Square after 15 years for the Frozen Confines hockey games at Wrigley. This home was a perfect base for all our activities! We were cozy and had fun playing foosball, air hockey and board games at the large dining room table! Almir was very responsive and directions were clear and accurate! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. Checkin was quick and easy and the host was very responsive. The home is very lovely and had everything we needed! The train is literally on the backyard - took a little getting used to the sound but it was fine

We came for German Fest and a college reunion. The location couldn't have been better. The house felt like home and had everything we needed. Thanks for the party!

Great location. A 12 minute scooter ride to Wrigleyville. Many restaurants close by. Great communication with owner. Easy peasy.
