Cozy Modern Suite with Hot Tub

The place was very nice and close to everything Fredericksburg. Privacy was nice so we could enjoy the back porch and hot tub.

We enjoyed staying here! The room was clean, and is a short walk from the main street. The hot tub was especially awesome because we definitely needed it after hiking around Enchanted Rock!

I have stayed with Porchlight a number of times and the experience is always reliably consistent and exceptional. From ease of communication, security, quality and cleanliness of property - they are all five stars.

it was a perfect locating to the main shops, quiet after 8 pm. the individual rooms were nice because you didn't have 10 people sharing a room near you. I would highly recommend any couple enjoying this suite

A wonderful, secluded stay! It had everything we needed and the privacy was terrific! Hot tub was amazing. Location was great; close enough to town but far enough away to feel like you were away from the hustle and bustle.Owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

We had a fabulous stay here. This place is super cute and close to all the downtown fun- very clean and the hot tub was a plus. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing from the time I booked to checkout. The room was very inviting and comfortable. The bed was very cozy, the bathroom is amazing, the shower and jetted tub were both very relaxing. The hot tub and tv in the patio was a nice touch! Everything was clean and well put together! The host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

My husbands birthday trip was amazing. This place was all I hoped for and more!

The walk to downtown Main Street was a bit farther than I thought, but overall it was enjoyable. If you have a bigger vehicle the parking lot is super tiny and depending on how the other people staying park you may get stuck. I loved how cute it was and the shower was amazing. It was clean too!

We stayed here for an anniversary weekend and it was perfect! A cute and cozy room, but plenty spacious enough for two adults. The hot tub and outdoor tv and overall vibes in the outdoor area were so perfect! We were close enough to everything and were able to walk to a lot, but just far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle in the evenings. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Homey and comfortable! We were able to walk to dinner and back & enjoyed a movie in the hot tub to end the night.

The property is clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Communication from management was excellent. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. I would definitely stay here again. My husband’s only suggested improvement is to have a privacy curtain around the toilet area. Overall a great stay!

This place was wonderful the process of checking in the location and the set up felt secluded but it was in the heart of everything. I know will we will be staying from now on. The pictures don’t do it justice it is perfect! .

Perfect for a couple.

I almost feel hesitant writing this review because I don't want others knowing about this spot. The location is perfect. Very walkable. Close to the places we enjoy. The room is gorgeous, very clean, and tons of amenities. The room really did make our trip, and that is an understatement. Felt very private.

My husband and I booked this for my birthday weekend. We absolutely loved the modern and upscale feel of the place. It was stunning and everything was perfect! The location was convenient, still had to drive places but it was super easy to navigate the area so no complaints about the location. Over all 10/10

This place is amazing!! It was impeccably decorated and has everything you could think you need. It’s hands down the best mattress I’ve slept on. The off street parking is really nice too. It’s walking distance to everything downtown. Check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for Main Street walking to shops and restaurants. Its not a super short walk but very acceptable. The unit was prepared with the heat on. When we arrived they was a cold front that had moved in. The unit had everything we needed for a few days stay to seek out properties in the area. Level parking to all units and the hot tub was fantastic. We will stay again if we are in the area.

Loved the time over the weekend. Lots of great shopping and winery tours. The room was on the west end of town in a relatively quiet area, but easily walkable to the local shops and restaurants on Main. Perfect for our trip!

Less than 2 blocks from downtown so no worries about parking and very cozy unit!

Would have liked a sitting room with couch but hot tub made up for it. Very clean and quick to respond with questions.
