Stayed May 21, 2024Clean and quiet with large kitchen and fenced yard in suburban neighborhood -- but bare bones as a place to stay. Place has not been updated in a long time. Not a visually pleasant environment inside or in the backyard.

Stayed Nov 8, 2025It was a great stay for when we moved to Reno and were trying to get our footing. Bart was super responsive, came over at the drop of a hat to fix a problem with the sewage. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Great location.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024the toilet would not work from time to time. i never was able to get the tv remote to work. the bathroom as small with no elbow room. bart the owner was pretty helpful. on the up side, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. only 10 minutes from either downtown or the casinos (pepermill/atlantis).
