The Space
One of my favorite things about Kansas City are its old glorious buildings - which is why I fell in love with this 1900 Victorian charmer. This home has seen a lot in it's 100+ years, including being converted into 4 separate apartments. Your Cozy Midcentury 2 bedroom is on the 3rd floor. Once you enter the space, you get to smile and settle in - you're in your home away from home.
Welcome & relax.

I've scoured every antique store in the state to create an authentic mid-century space - focused on peace & comfort. Enjoy high end bedding & towels. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking & entertaining needs. Coffee (& sugar & creamer) is provided, or take a short walk to Starbucks just 2 blocks away, or our local favorite - the Roasterie.

We have a smart tv allowing you to login to your favorite apps & continue where you left off. There are also DVDs & board games under the tv for your entertainment. G. Fiber Internet available - the fastest in town.

If you're here for work - there's a desk in the second bedroom for your use - right under the skylight so you can brainstorm with the clouds :)

For ideas on restaurants, night life & KC attractions while you're in town, I will share a link to my favorites!

Parking:
There is plenty of off-street parking in the side lot - able to accommodate a moving van and more than one car if you have it.

Stairs:
This is a 3rd floor apartment, accessed through the old butlers stairwell on the side of the home.

Pets:
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets in this space.

Looking forward to your stay! Welcome & enjoy.

The place was in a quiet neighborhood close to the street car for ease of travel. You could easily walk to places in the neighborhood. It was clean and an easy check out. The host was very helpful and communicative. If you’re looking for a place in KC to relax this is it. P.S. the beds were very comfortable.

We had a great time. We used this place as our base during the world cup, but would recommend for any Kansas City visit. The place is located in Westport, in a quiet street but close to plenty of bars, restaurants, and places of interest (eg museum). Jaymi ensured our checkin process to be smoothless, provided recommendations, and made sure all our questions were answered. I will definetrly stay again when I come back to the city and would recommend to everyone!

Great place to stay in Kansas City. It is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The street car is only a few blocks away if you don’t like the walk very far. The off street park was a bonus. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy after a long day of exploring. The hostess was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a beautiful and charming place to stay, The linens are soft and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of pots and pans and is laid out well. Bathroom is also super clean and tidy. The neighborhood is pretty and it's next to the street car. Also has free parking, which is nice for a place so close to everything. I will stay here again.
