Cozy Miami Efficiency 10 minutes to the beach!

Room was immaculate with many thoughtful things included that went above and beyond what I expected. Host was very available.

Great place for one person to stay if you’re going to be out most of the time. It was exactly what I needed for an event I was participating in. Close to the Design District and beaches. And parking in front of the house. I’d stay there again.

It was absolutely the perfect getaway spot! It was close to everything and I took Ubers, it was cheap. Beautiful place for 2 people, had everything you need and more! Owners made sure it was just perfect! Myself and my husband will definitely be back, multiple times! I absolutely loved it, Five Stars. Thank you for the amazing place to stay on my vacation, felt like home!

This was a small, but very cozy place (especially the bed). It had everything I needed inside the property. The only complaint I have is that you need to order a car any time you wanted to go somewhere. Otherwise, it was a great place for a great price!

The hosts were very friendly with nice communication. Additionally, they really thought of everything! The room was nice & well stocked with many toiletries, condiments, soaps, and even beach gear, including a chair, thermos, & towels!!!

I had a great 6‑week stay at this cozy casita in a quiet, pleasant Miami Shores neighborhood. The space was clean on arrival, with a well‑stocked kitchenette, a good fridge, stable Wi‑Fi, and a comfortable trundle bed where I slept well every night. The couch was comfortable enough, and while there’s no desk, I made a workable setup with my luggage and still found it a relaxing place to unwind after the day. The AC kept the room cool, the hot shower had excellent pressure with a nice massage head, and the private entrance made coming and going easy. A Publix supermaket, Walgreens pharmacy, and other shops were just a quick drive away.The hosts were consistently responsive without being intrusive. Overall, it was great value for money and a very comfortable long stay/I’d happily return.

Love this place - Andy and Sam are amazing hosts!! Very comfortable accommodations, loved sitting outside on the porch. I had everything I needed in the kitchen area, plus extra blankets, towels, etc. Great neighborhood which lended beautifully to comfortable walks in the early evenings. Close locations to stores and restaurants. I really loved staying here!!

We enjoyed our one night at the studio. It is very tiny, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had.

For me this was the perfect sized studio for my stay. Has everything you need— travel toiletries, iron, beach gear, kitchen equipment, etc. The shower is muy bien, may be my favorite feature of the stay. Host(s) super chill and friendly too.

Not only was the unit exactly as pictured and described in the write up, but I was very impressed with all of the amenities that were included. I lacked for nothing relative to kitchen, utensils, bathroom, supplies, hair, dryer, etc.

Very clean and organized studio. It’s very functional with all the necessary amenities and even more “just in case”. Sam is very kind, helpful, and quick to respond messages.

My friend and I were very pleased with the attention to details and all the amenities and toiletries included. It was like a girls dream finding all these stuff included so we highly recommend it!

Loved , loved the spot. It has such a unique flare to it and the host give u every thing down to a toothbrush. Close to the beach and downtown Miami. Would stay here any day of a hotel room, it’s very cozy.

This was a super place from which explore Miami and surrounding areas. The beds were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The place had everything and things I wouldn’t have thought I needed but found helpful.

Property was spot on to description. Host was out of town but had a friend onsite to help us. Clean neat and comfortable. We just stayed two nights, so perfect size. Nice neighborhood.

I couldn’t ask for more than what my host provided during my stay. The host was kind and responsive. The space was very cozy and had everything I needed. I look forward to staying again!

My friend and I needed a place for one night before a cruise. She is a nurse and was exhausted. Andy and Sam got us in early and were very gracious. The place has a hundred of little touches that show care and attention to detail. We shall return! 5 stars.

It was perfect for our 2 day stay in Miami before a family vacation on a cruise. Would definitely stay here again. My son and I thought it was perfect size for how little we’d actually be inside after site seeing.

This is the perfect spot for getting to the beach, to the interstate, and to the airport. Very well kept unit.

We were in Miami for 3 days before our cruise and this was a perfect spot! Centrally located near local spots and a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

The efficiency is small but very clean and nice. The description should emphasize that the house number is on the house which has a lot of bushes in front of it. It was hard to see especially in the dark.

Very cute and cozy. ONLY complaint is the trundle mattress is very thin and does not meet up with the height of the other mattress. Appears this might be a different trundle bed then what the ad talkes about. Not a big deal just couldnt cuddle with my hubbie . Otherwise we enjoyes our stay.

We had such an amazing time staying at this lovely little place here in Miami. It was clean and functional had everything that we wanted, and it was in such a beautiful neighborhood. We will be back

Sam and andy’s place feels like home. Very well outfitted kitchen and bathroom. She added so many thoughtful touches. Really extraordinary hostess. She even did my laundry. Location is very safe and very quiet. I’m very satisfied in all respects with both the property and the hostess.
