This newly renovated guesthouse sits above the garage. Step inside to a modernly decorated open space with a large living room.>
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a drip and single-serve coffee maker with K-Cups and ground coffee.

Guesthouse is heated and cooled with a remote mini-split system with remote, with ceiling fan in the bedroom.

The bathroom has all you need to get your trip started, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush bath sheets (larger than a standard towel), hair dryer, and more!

The living room has a 60 Roku smart TV, with a leather sleep sofa that pulls out to a queen size bed with a brand new memory 4 foam mattress.

Guest access:
You'll have access to the entire guesthouse, with private access through the backyard.

You'll also have private access through the backyard into Memorial Park, with 60 acres of tennis courts, basketball courts, a soccer field, playgrounds, walking paths, and more.
