The rooms were clean and great! Our only problem was trying to get the access code. Our trip was delayed an hour searching the website and using the vrbo app to try and find our room access code. 6.5 hrs before our check in time, we finally found a phone number to call (two of us using our laptops to search for help).....which was not found on the app. Three messages on my account asking for the access code were never answered. Upon arrival (after dark), the key pad to access our room key was very hard to read. It took several attempts. There were 3 different lock boxes and we didn't know which room was ours.

This was a great spot for all things Marlinton and the Greenbrier River Trail. We came to ride gravel bikes and explore the GRT and gravel roads around Marlinton and this location served us well and is literally right next to the GRT and within a few minutes of food and drink.

Love our stay in Marlinton ! We were there for the Greenbriar river regatta !! Had a great time !! Perfect location in town for the race. Was within walking distance to everything. The only thing that I couldn’t find any information on was the key for the outside shed , that was put in for the bikers !! We did have our bicycles and it would have been nice to put them in the shed and lock them up.

Don't let the external look of this place fool you. The inside is incredible. Super nice place kept very clean and modern. Very quiet except for the occasional jake brake of a semi tractor. Right next to the rail trail and within easy walking distance of several restaurants. Highly recommend Dean's Den and Dari Land. I stayed for a week and it was great. Will be coming back again for sure. Can't beat the price.

This was a very clean and well cared for establishment. I would stay here again. Ideal location if you are considering riding the Greenbrier River trail. Plus there is some good mountain biking in the area. I would recommend utilizing the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. The restaurant situation is hit or miss. As for the lodging, great place. I was very pleased.
