This suite is a separate space, that is all your own, with a walkout to the hot tub. It has its own bathroom with a very large shower. Across the hall is the bedroom and It’s meant to be comfortable and cozy. Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar as best as possible. If you need anything extra please let us know. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The second bed is a single cot.

Stayed Aug 18, 2025The host was not very friendly or accomidating to simple requests such as having a bit more time in the hot tub. He disclosed to us that he used cameras on the doorbell to see if we were using the hot tub towels at the beach (we found this inappropriate and creepy). We are two professionals and moms who are extremely respectful and low key, who simply wanted a night away. He came downstairs in a parental way to tell us to leave the hotub at 10pm. The hot tub in the end was cloudy and smelled of dirty rag. The space is clean but outdated. We will not stay again or recommend.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024My cousin and I enjoyed our birthday getaway in this cute little basement suite. It was clean and met our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub which was in the perfect spot right outside the door. I would highly recommend this place if you need rest and relaxation. Thanks again! Linda & Ruth

Stayed Sep 7, 2024Instructions were confusing (gate location in email was stated differently twice). Host was in hot tub when we arrived due to host's mistaken check in time. Host personally texted continually throughout stay. Prefer app communication and to be minimal. Host had a barking puppy. Not great sound proofing from upstairs.

Stayed Aug 19, 2024Property was clean and cute but is a basement suite of their home. I am a little hard of hearing so our tv volume bothered owners upstairs. The neighbour hood is residential so parking is tight and no hot tub after 9:30 pm.
