Stayed Apr 5, 2026House was nice, clean, and well maintained. Good property. Minor issues that could easily get a higher rating if fixed: no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms and the blinds are hard to open/close and seem to be falling apart. Major issue that needs to be addressed: in the listing, the owner lists “parking available” as an amenity, but the welcome email specifically says DO NOT park in the drive. I thought I was getting parking on site, which was a major selling point. Street parking is available, but it’s a very busy neighborhood and you’re lucky to find a spot. Plus, you have to move your car every other day due to street cleaning in the mornings. Every night I had to circle the block for several minutes trying to find a spot. Parked one or two streets over on more than one night. Buyers should be made aware of this prior to renting the property. This was a major negative of the property. Would not stay again after knowing this.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We stayed here when we came up to go to Broadway and explore the city (NY). This location was a decent ride (40-50 mins when traffic was cooperative) and a quiet calm neighborhood. We had no issues and found the place to be clean and have everything we needed.
