Stayed May 13, 2026Great location. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment. Perfect for my needs this trip. Safeway across the street for convenient grocery run and street parking (with pass provided) worked out very well. Brandon was quick to respond to messages both before and during the stay. Would def stay again and recommend to others!

Stayed Apr 27, 2026It was great place to stay giving the area being close to most things. However there was a lot of commotion from people outside. The AC can only be used in the summer months which led to the room being warm. It was quiet overall and host was very responsive when we had questions

Stayed Mar 10, 2026I stayed at this property for 10 days during my condo remodel. This apartment and the building itself were very clean. The apartment, although small, was well appointed and comfortable. Permit street parking was easy to find nearby. The location can't be beat with multiple buses to downtown available just around the corner, and restaurants, grocery stores and the Seattle Center within easy walking distance.
