Cozy Heber Springs Cabin w/ Deck & Dock!

Very comfortable & cozy cabin. Loved that it was off away from other cabins so we had privacy. Stocked with everything for home away from home.

The cabin was small but charming. It was clean and had all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay.

We were only there 1 day and 2 nights but it was very clean and roomy for 2 people. We only used the coffee maker but it looked like everything was there for cooking and dining. The wooden deck, stairs down to, and the dock were all in really good condition with tables and chairs at different points and on the dock. We weren’t there for fishing(honeymoon) but I’d go back there so I could. We didn’t have any problems and would recommend it for a couple.

Thuis was the second time ive stayed here and it was just as fantastic as the first time!

Very cozy cabin with shower and JACUZZI! It was more than expected. Kelly was great as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It was our pleasure to take caution on Rainbow Drive. Lots of deer and turkey crossing the road.

Very cool. Much enjoyed. Beautiful little cottage. Our dog loved the area. Great location to stay and drive out to walk trails around Greers Ferry. Again, our dog Dunkin had nothing but rave reviews.

Only issue I had was that the linens looked soiled.. one pillow case had black mascara smeared in two spots. But that was the only thing I just used the other pillow.. the place was fantastic just was great.

Everything was great! The cabin was very clean. Kitchen had all we needed. We spent a lot of time on the fishing dock.

We wanted to find the perfect place to spend our 10 year anniversary. We couldnt have found a more cozy cabin than this one. The cabin is small but perfect for two people. We loved the private dock. I even caught 3 of my pb trouts while there (when they were generating water). The drive to town wasnt far. We saw lots of wildlife while on the drive. Deer, turkeys, bald eagles, ducks, geese, etc. We even got to meet the owners sweet pooches. (We are major dog lovers ) Overall, one of our favorite stays in our favorite town and we WILL be back!!

The cabin was perfect for two people. It was very clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I would have loved bringing it home with us. There’s lots of deck space and the private dock was perfect. Once I figured out the fishing it was awesome. This will definitely be our go to place for all my trout fishing trips. Our host were very accommodating to any needs that arose and any questions we had. All in all I would give this place even better than 5 stars if I could.

Miss Kelly was the best host. We ever had give her 5 stars. The experience was great. She told us places to see. And Show us how to get there.to . She is a great person I would recommend anyone to go and stay with her.

For the first 24 hours construction was being done on the property. It was very noisy. The deck and the way down to the dock needs to be cleaned. The cabin sit on a beautiful spot. Loved the location!

The property was nice. The cabin was a great size for 2. We had several day trips so didn’t stay there a lot. There are a few household things that could make the 5 starts! The cabin a bit dusty with cobwebs and the deck/dock furniture were filthy. There is also no knives to cut food and one kitchen towel to dry dishes…there is no dishwasher so one towel to dry hands and dishes isn’t enough. The area was really nice and quiet. And we enjoyed the nature around us!

Beautiful location and tbe cabin was perfect, the mattress and shower were wonderful, got alot of quite , needed rest. Kelly was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely reant again from them.

Absolutely perfect for weekend getaway. Boat slip puts it over the top. Will recommend to all my fishing buddies!

We enjoyed the cabin. It was very comfortable for two people. Has a peaceful setting. It does have a private dock that you can use, however you cannot fish off of the dock.

Everything was wonderful

We enjoyed it did some fishing, sat on the dock. and had breakfast outside on the desk. it was quite and beautiful.

Although this property was a little hard to find it was perfect for the kind of getaway we needed. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning mist drinking coffee and the quiet. The cabin was small but large enough for the 2 of us. Had all the amenities that we needed for grilling/cooking with a well maintained kitchen area. The wifi was ther only problem--slow slow slow because at the beginning we didn';t have the password that we needed. Then it was some better but in the woods I guess its just difficult but everyone depends on maps, directions and keeping up with others. All in all a GREAT little cabin and I highly recommend it for getting away from everything!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The cabin is perfect for a couple with everything needed to enjoy your time in Heber Springs. The host is very sweet and had perfect directions. She was very welcoming and helpful. The fishing over by the dam is always so much fun and we have family that come often in their RV so it is one of our favorite places to visit. We will definitely be back!!

We looked at several places across the state, but when we found this one we knew this was our choice. The place is fantastic, very clean, and private. Close to about everything we wanted to do. (fish, hike, and eat) It's a little hard to find, but the contact was very detailed with directions. Speaking of our contact, she is more helpful with things that she doesn't have to be helpful with.
