Perfect location - everything is 10 minutes away. Beautiful house! I would definitely recommend!
A great stay. One of our best. Really clean, comfy bed, every comfort you need. easy access and parking. loved being right on trails through wooded connecting parks. convenient location. would stay again if in the area. Thanks to our insightful hosts.
We really loved the property, location and amenities. One small (and pretty insignificant) item; maybe invest in some nice and more hangars. Small issue and not enough to affect our total recommendation of this beautiful place…
Exactly what we needed and were hoping for! A beautiful, well-appointed, clean place right next to the woods, but lots of screens so there was no problem with bugs. This was also our first time at a place that was an addition to a larger house, but the whole time it was if we were there alone, and there was zero traffic noise or other disturbances even though we were so close to all the good stuff downtown. And on the deck, it really felt as if we had a whole forest to ourselves. To top it off, the owners were extremely responsive to our requests. The best of all worlds!
Lovely place! Will stay here again when I’m back in Portland some day.
Really cute newly remodeled place. Owners were really helpful. The location is in a quiet and nice neighborhood just a short drive to downtown Portland. The kitchen was well appointed and the bed was really comfortable. Can't say enough about this rental. A+
Great property! Tucked away at the end of a dead end road. Adjacent to walking trails and less than a mile to the back cove. The space was very well maintained and either new or recently renovated. You don’t see spaces this nice for short term rentals very often. Beautiful kitchen and great outdoor space. Stay here!
Our unit was very clean and very quiet. We enjoyed the location!
We have stayed at many, many VRBO accommodations over the years. This one was absolutely beautiful, perfectly equipped...There was not a flaw to be found. More importantly, Liz had anticipated every need...and then some. Lots of electric outlets to use to recharge our many devices, tea and coffee, even bug-spray, bandages, antiseptic cream. We didn't have to go out and buy extra paper goods, like toilet paper or paper towels. The lighting was terrific. (We don't like VRBO's that have poor living room lighting. We like to read at night, not just watch television.) There was a lovely deck with comfortable couches chairs, and table. There was even a fold-out table that could open up for a dinner crowd! When we needed assistance, she was always there with a quick response, or a visit. We hope to return to Portland next year and would love to stay there again! Brava to Liz!
We elderly grandparents and our eight-year old grandson found this accommodation to be perfect for our needs. The owner has thought about everything in her beautiful apartment/cottage. We give this gem our highest rating. Quality!!! We have very high standards and were thrilled to be so comfortable.
This listing was fantastic for a quick trip to Portland! It was clean, well-decorated, and the property was beautiful. Quick 10 minute drive to downtown Portland with several other restaurants/things to do in Back Cove available as well.
Great spot, just a short drive into Portland. There's a good kitchen for making a meal or two at home. We ate out on the back porch for one dinner, which was beautiful. I especially enjoyed running on the trails behind the house. Hosts were responsive and friendly. The space was maybe a little tight for three adults (two in bed, one on pull-out couch), but it was definitely worth it to stay close to Portland on a holiday weekend. Would stay there again!
As you can see from the pictures, this place is lovely, with nice furniture, interesting original art and high quality furnishings. There are multiple power strips for your electronics and the bed was comfortable. Lisa was very accommodating and we'd love to have a chance to return.
Absolute perfection - great location, wonderful host and sparkling clean accommodations. Couldn’t ask for more and can’t wait to come back!
