The surrounding area also boasts a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.



Getting Around:

Victoria Station is an 8-minute walk away, providing great transport links across the entire city. The station services the Circle, District and Victoria lines as well as the Gatwick Express.

The nearest bus stop is Victoria Coach Station which is a 5-minute walk down the road.

If you are travelling by car, the A3213 Vauxhall Bridge Road is just around the corner.

    We stayed for a few nights in June. The house stayed nice and cool since it was basement level. The space was very comfort

    First, I don’t remember the description saying it was a basement property. That being said, it’s about the nicest basement you’d ever sleep in. The neighborhood is clean very quiet and has everything you need within a 10 min walk. It’s about 10 minutes walk to Victoria station the closest tube line. We had very cool weather but I don’t think there is any AC. The biggest problem was with communication with Altido the property management company. Sometimes emails - sometimes the vrbo website - was very prompt and other times took quite a while or got no response. Texting the phone number they provided never worked. I triple checked it and tried many times. It sleeps four but only has towels for two, not sure why they said they would charge us if we wanted four towels. Finally the tub drain was slow, they came quickly to fix it but it still needs work and doesn’t drain properly. Mostly small complaints. Overall it all worked out well. Would definitely stay here again!

    As soon as we walked in you could smell mold and mildew. Knowing it was a lower level space we thought it just needed airing out. We were wrong. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling due to no ventilation and black mold on the outside patio ceiling. So opening the window brought more mold smell in. Also we found a growing fuzzy white mold behind a picture frame in the bedroom. To top it off the shower did not drain so each time the tub filled up and took some time to empty for the next person to shower. The potential for the place a there because it had adequate space and was in a great location near the Victoria station. Until the mold issue is resolved I would not recommend anyone stay there!

    have stayed in this area before and find it very convenient. apartment was as listed and kitchen space was very generous. did have an issue with bedroom door however property manager was easy to contact.
