Cozy first floor condo with yard, near Keystone Resorts

Property was good for short stays and probably not with children. No washer inside, dryer didn’t really dry. Found several items like the shower and toilet components either came unscrewed or detached from poor install. Not a similar property to others I have stayed at. Wouldn’t stay there again.

This is our first time visit Dillon and we really enjoyed our stay at Margarita’s place. This 3 bdrms - 2 baths were comfortable for our group of 6 adults. It’s very convenient and easy access to number of ski resorts nearby. We plan to come back for another visit in summertime and Margarita is definitely in our list for accommodations.

There is a full bed missing that was supposed to be in the bedroom with the twin beds. One of had to sleep on the couch and one on the floor! The property manager is now accusing me of damaging a picture frame, which was never ever touched! She also mentioned a blind had been disturbed which I don't even know what she is implying. In actuality one of her blinds doesn’t even stay down, and she had a nail in the wall to tie too. We have been staying with VRBO for years and have never been accused of damage of anything, and the house was fine when we left. This accusation is offensive and the advertisement for sleeping more than six is not true. I’d be careful if I stayed here.

The condo was nice and clean; the bathrooms were modern and well stocked. The kitchen had plenty of tools and pots and pans for cooking and the grill also was working. There isn't much lighting in the dining area which was the only downside.

Margarita was very helpful and even provided a humidifier at my request.

Perfect place for our group and great location. The owner immediately reply to any correspondence and the place was nicely updated.

Excellent overnight stay. Proximity to I70 might deter some for noise concerns, but really no worries there. A quiet, pleasant stay with everything you would need at hand. Thank you Margarita and Enrique.

Condo was perfect for the 4 of us. It has everything you need. Plenty of kitchen cookware and settings. Plenty of towels, and bath products. Plenty of pillows, extra blankets if needed. Bring your towels with you the pool if you go. And shower was a little difficult with the glass door only opening on one side you had to step into the shower to turn it on. But other than that it was perfect.

Went to he Charley Crockett concert at the Dillion amphitheater

We stayed here for a concert weekend and it was the perfect set up for our group. It’s very well appointed and comfortable, not to mention close enough to walk to Dillon Amphitheatre. We will definitely look to stay here again! The host was very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay!

In town for 1 night to see a show at the Dillon Amphitheater. It’s a bit of a hike (about 1.3 miles) but walkable if you choose. Condo was super clean and well appointed with coffee for the morning and even a small snack stand. Would recommend and would stay again.

Very clean and cozy condo. Equipped with everything we needed while we enjoyed two nights of concerts at the Dillon Amphitheatre. The only minor issue was it was listed as a ground floor unit, but to initially access it via the lock boxes and main entry door there is a steep set of stairs that lead down to the unit. The stairs were hard for several in our party to navigate, one of whom has MS. Once in the unit we could use the sliding door to access the ground level and parking on the opposite side of the building. But someone would have to manually lock the slider and exit through the main door and walk around the building whenever our whole group was leaving. Obviously not a huge deal but I do wish that the stairs were mentioned in the listing.

While not the glitziest, the space is comfortable and reasonably priced. Very well-stocked for those who want to cook. We would stay again.

No AC and no screens (or locks) on bedroom windows. Unsafe to leave open air (plus bugs) … so no good way to help you cool off. Fans in bedrooms simply blew hot air around (which also smelled faintly of smoke due to neighbors I am sure). Food and trash on outside “porch” of building entry. Awfully dirty and smelly hallway access to condo entrance. Condo is nice once inside though one shower glass door leaked as well. We will not be back.

Perfect stay for a night in Dillon to enjoy the amphitheater for a show!
