We are pleased to offer beautiful fully renovated in 2023 1Bd apartment on the 6th floor at 6 storey European style building Yacht Club at Aventura.
You can enjoy relaxing bedroom with brand new king size, huge TV, step-in closet and bathroom access. New mattress gives unforgettable relaxing experience. We did everything with love to our guests. You can choose different firmness pillows for better sleep.
Stylish living room has sleeping sofa, TV, remote dining area. We prefer classy interior design with modern details.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything for comfort: dich washer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker and so on. Washer and dryer are in the unit as well.
Balcony has amazing view for endless green golf field. You also can enjoy spectacular sunset famous for Miami. Convenient patio furniture provides joy for 4 guests.
The best Miami beach Sunny Isles is just 5 min drive. For your convenience beach chairs and umbrella are available as well as beach towels.

This unit and the development it's in are everything we want in an apartment rental for our trips to S. Fla. to visit family. The condo was very clean and well-furnished. We especially loved sipping coffee on the balcony each morning, with the sun rising on the other side of the building. It's a perfect space for two people to spend a week or longer (or much longer) and relax, work, walk to everything, and park the car safely in the gated lot. The AC cooled beautifully, which is important to us! The kitchen was equipped for everything we wanted to do. The king-size bed is comfortable though on the firm side (fellow side sleepers, take note). The bathroom had plenty of nice, fluffy towels. It's a community full of people, and close to everything, but our apartment was so quiet we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Really great stay.

It was a very pleasant experience. Valentina was responsive to our communications and the property was comfortable. We used the pool and gym actively and enjoyed the lifestyle.
