Cozy Efficiency Studio/B near DownTown

I loved the home-like feeling that this property had to offer. When I got there the check-in process was easy and the property was spotless. The location was also very convenient and close to most of the places that I was planning to visit.

This was a very welcoming, clean stay. It is in a very good location. Only 5 to 10 minutes away from all the main attractions of San Antonio.

Everything was great! Perfect location in Southtown San Antonio, easy to downtown and access to expressways. Room was wonderfully clean.

Very cute place to stay with secure parking. Everything we needed for a weekend and was very clean. Location is not far from downtown and with it being in an older neighborhood i still felt safe. There is a train but didnt bother us at all. I definitely recommend this place.

This was a great location and a really cute and cozy apartment. The property manager was super nice and helpful and even let me take an extra parking spot by moving his car so me and my partner could both park on site. I hope to be back soon!

Cute studio that has it all! Hosts Ray and Derrick have thought of everything that we needed during our stay for the Final Four, including laundry soap which was needed when I accidentally splashed a bit of salad dressing on a shirt. Super easy commute to downtown San Antonio and the freeways if you want to explore other areas of the city. We appreciated the gated parking area and felt very safe and secure on the property. Hosts are very responsive. I would highly recommend!

The appartment was really clean. The owner left a few snack which was good because we arrived late. About a 40 min walk to downtown.we felt safe in the neighbor even though in an older section of town

We stayed here to be close to family and celebrate the New Year.

Derrick was very helpful and friendly. Simple and adequate studio. Great washer and dryer. 10 min from downtown. Park close by. Secured gated home. Would gladly stay there again.

When I saw the wall color, I thought, “we have to stay here!” When I saw the room in person, I knew we found a winner. The hosts are so nice and the property is so quiet. They left us the perfect amount of amenities to help with our first days’ worries including tons of coffee pods for the keurig. There is a lot of road work being done, but we had zero issues with Uber/Lift. They are close enough that downtown is cheap to get to by ride or bus, as are several tourist spots. Completely recommend staying here 100%.

This was perfect for my husband and I staying in town for my sons Air Force bootcamp graduation at Lackland. Very clean. Communication with the host was excellent. Super close to the Riverwalk and only took us about 20 minutes at most to get to the base. Definitely recommend if you are staying in the area!

Nice place to stay! Clean and comfortable with fun bright decor! Close to everything! Private parking w nice lighting. Cool courtyard area! Would love to had bikes available, but had a nice walk to Guenther house for breakfast! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

This place is very clean, cozy and newly renovated, my wife and I loved it! The rain shower head was awesome!

I stayed here for 5 days while my son attended camp at a near by university. This place was clean and accommodating. I enjoyed the fence it made me feel like my car was protected. Nashville hot chicken food truck is near by and definitely worth the visit. I would recommend this place to any single person looking for a quaint place to stay while on vacation. The house rules said it may get noisy but I didn’t experience any obsessive noise, the loudest thing I heard was the train at night.

When I travel, I try to void areas that are too touristy. Instead, I prefer to feel as though I'm a resident. This cute little location was absolutely perfect. Everything about it says neighborhood. It had all the amenities I needed and was a very short commute downtown. I would absolutely stay here again.

I was primarily looking to explore the King William neighborhood, and this location was fantastic for that. However it was also a great place for catching the bus downtown, to the missions and other places around town. The room is lovely and comfortable. I really appreciated having a small kitchen with a freezer!

Cozy and comfy. Set back on a property so it feels like you are in the country. There is a train, as described in other reviews, but it isn't disturbing. The unit has everything. Comfortable bad, good AC, washer and dryer. What really makes this awesome is the hosts. Great communication, great support, really helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with a couple issues. So nice! Highly recommend this place.
