Cozy Efficiency Studio/A near DownTown

Very nice, clean and well appointed. Had everything I could have wanted.

Loved the shower, the space was small but really set up quite comfortably.

I really enjoyed my stay. Despite being next to very active train tracks (Ok, three doors away), it never really bothered me. Otherwise a seemingly quiet part of town, steps from the south end of the Riverwalk trail. Near a reliable bus stop, and I was always able to find electric scooter rentals nearby. The host was great. Perfect for 1-2, people. As described. Everything worked. Coffee (K cups), dish soap, and even snacks were provided. Thank you!

Great location and well appointed and decorated studio. Ray was very helpful quick to respond or to check in. The place was very relaxing and the train was a comforting sound.

Love this VRBO, off street parking, easy access to the South Riverwalk and a clean, comfortable room was all I needed. Trains don't bother me, light sleepers may care more. Multiple Breweries in short walking distance certainly helped!

Accommodations are exactly as described. This upstairs studio unit is clean, roomy, and comfortable. Located about a mile south of Southtown eateries and bars, in an older neighborhood. Property grounds are very pleasant. A ten minute walk to a local coffee shop, we picked ours up on our drive to San Antonio attractions. Host communication was good. Check-in and out was easy. One thing to note is property gates are manual, that would be the only complication one might have. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Communication with owner was quick. The unit was clean and was a nice 30-40 minute walk to downtown attractions.

Everything was great. Place is gated, easy checkin, host was responsive to my messages. Close to downtown and airport. There is train noise but that didnt bother us. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

I was a solo female traveler visiting family and needed a secure place to stay. I was THOUROUGHLY satisfied with this studio! Located in an older, established neighborhood, I felt a little wary in my drive towards the property, but realized lookss are certainly deceiving! The neighborhood has a mixture of old and new, in the process of revitalizing. The studio is located among a few others inside a gated property, nestled among privacy trees and landscaping. As a solo guest, I loved relaxing at the cozy studio, as it also had all the amenities I needed. Air conditioner was awesome, rainfall shower was refreshing everyday after a long day in the San Antonio heat. I had complementary coffee and sat every morning just outside the unit and enjoyed looking down at the beautiful garden. In the distance, once in a while, you can hear a train coming or going. It wasn't bothersome at all. It actually was relaxing to hear it as it was from a distance and gave a sense of relaxing background noise.. If needed, you could always use the earplugs provided. But there was absolutely no need for me. The unit is located PERFECTLY, minutes from downtown, HEB grocery store and local restaurants. Parks are close by but didn’t venture out, it was too hot. The host was so helpful with any questions I had and loved using the parking stall. I HIGHLY recommend this unit to all especially solo female travelers looking for a safe place to stay! it is decorated so nice, the pictures don’t do justice!

The property was less than 1 1/2 miles from the Convention Center and Riverwalk. It was very well decorated and very comfortable. Onsite parking was a real plus. The host was available immediately upon any communication. Ihighly recommend this property and will stay again.
