Cozy efficiency steps from beautiful New Smyrna Beach

Mary Beth is a wonderful host, everything was great.

The place is perfect for a single person or couple. Well decorated and very clean. Full sized kitchen appliances. Just a very short walk to the beach. You can hear the ocean from the front porch (great place to nap)!Host was very nice and easy to communicate with. She supplied items for continental breakfast- coffee, fruit, pastries.Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

We met so many nice people in the neighborhood. And i could live here if it rented by the month. I did decide to move here, rented a place 6 miles from here

We stayed for a long weekend in May. Marybeth was very easy to reach and answered questions quickly. We had fruit and coffee waiting for us. A few feet to the beach. It’s right next to a good restaurant and it closes early so there is no noise. Wonderful, peaceful stay.

First of all my overall stay was wonderful and the host is amazingly thoughtful. She supplied touches, like coffee, muffins and fruit assortments. The entire place was immaculately clean. Some things that were just ok were the bed, the AC and the TV. I could feel myself sinking down a bit. The AC unit in the window has no auto set so it runs continuously. The noise of the AC took some getting used to. The TV settings were not easy to figure out how to use. It was Ruko and seemed to require signing in for many channels which felt a little frustrating and disappointing. In my experience, the host is very sweet, thoughtful and responsive. The shower was excellent with adequate water pressure and also, water temp. nice and hot. The actual beach is a one minute walk from the front door. I was pleasantly suprised to see the host supplied extra beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs and even extra sunglasses. I would honestly say, Marybeth is the most thoughtful host I have ever experienced in all my vacation rentals. This was my first Vrbo stay and the price was right. Also, everything you would need is within 1.5 miles in each direction for Publics, gas, bakery, the famous The Garlic resturant, Chases on beach etc. I really enjoyed my stay and I hope the host will have me again at the same . I highly recommend this place for a solo traveler or a couple on a budget that wants quiet time at the beach Thank you Marybeth for making my stay so wonderful!

My husband and I stayed at this cozy efficiency and it was everything we needed. The perfect spot just 200 feet around the corner from the beach. We even saw Gopher Tortoises! Great extra outdoor space sitting on the porch with ocean breezes. Marybeth was so pleasant to deal with and made sure that we were comfortable. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Loved being walking distance to the ocean. great being walking distance to chases, a great place right on the ocean to eat. apt. was comfortable and fairly represented on the web site.

We had a great experience. Enjoyed being close to the beach and hanging out on the porch in the evenings. Neighbors were great. Would definitely be back.
