Use of heated swimming pool. Outdoor shower.
Weber grill and table for two private sitting area.
Short walk to Peaked Hill (highest point on the Island) walking trails.
Walk-on pass to Lucy Vincent Beach.
I do not recommend staying here without a car. The property is down a long dirt road and not in walking distance to public transportation.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Should not be lasted as an apartment at all Is a very very tiny studio for 1 person pretty much....no sink in bathroom only a bathroom style simk in tiny kitchen counter Owner really nice tho

Stayed Jul 17, 2021This is a basement apartment in a nice house owned by longtime island residents. Ronni is a great host and made me feel welcome. She loaned me her beach pass and offered use of her pool. It is fairly remote so you really need a car.

Stayed Sep 2, 2024It’s great for anyone who gets up early & heads out all day. No stove/oven, only a sink in the kitchen. You will need a car/ bike as it’s down dirt roads. Cell service is poor, there is WiFi. We picked it for being in Chilmark but we are used to cooking for ourselves so this did not work for us.
