Spend the day catching some rays, then come home to relax and watch the sunset on the balcony with ocean views. This prime location is one block to the shops and restaurants on Seaward Avenue. You're less than a mile from Marina Park with 15 acres of recreational area, including a playground and volleyball courts. Looking for a fun-filled day trip Head to Ojai (17 mi) and Santa Barbara (29 mi) - both promising gorgeous scenery along the way.
Beach chic decor is sprinkled throughout this comfortable rental. Kick back and watch your favorite shows on the 32in TV. Create tasty dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a double sink and gas stove. Helpful kitchen gadgets include a toaster and microwave.
When you're ready to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for four. Sleep soundly on a new plush queen-size bed. A 32in TV offers easy entertainment. Great location steps from the beach. Also lots of restaurants to walk to in the neighborhood.
Perfect space for a week couples vacation. Clean, comfortable and steps from beach. Ocean views were enjoyed from the balcony.
East walk to the beach, restaurants close by, lots of great people watching. The accommodations are comfortable and beachy. We would stay again.
We wanted to be steps from the sand, and this fit the bill! We loaded our beach wagon each day with our chairs and ice chest and walked the few steps to the sand. The unit is cozy and simply furnished, but it's comfortable and everything was in working order. A few fans strategically placed in front of windows made it easy to regulate the temperature. We loved being so close to the restaurants on Seaward (Pierpont Tacos was delish!) The listing says new, plush queen bed, and this did not seem new or plush, but I know we all have different mattress preferences. We like our memory foam at home, so it's hard to find one we like in rentals.
Amazing location! It was great to walk to beaches and restaurants. You are in the middle of beach life. Such a great location. The restaurants nearby give you a great variety of food choices and are so easy to walk to. There is even an ice cream place and a juice spot. A grocery store and a Starbucks are within walking distance as well. Of course, the best part was the beach is 5 houses down! Great deck to see the ocean and the side patio was great for the dog. The only downfall is the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on in years. We had the worst sleep and woke up with aches and pains every morning. You can feel the springs poking through the mattress. Vacasa is the property management company for this location. They are known for furnishing the units they manage so they are most likely the reason for the horrible bed and minimal furnishings. They are a horrible management company and I'm sure the owner of the home will realize this soon enough. I want to stay here again soon, but I don't know if I can get past the bed situation.
It took us 45-60min to actually enter the property. We were sent code to open front door, but did not receive a padlock code to access gate. Tried text process but never received responses. Tried calling phone number and was on hold 20+min and hung up. Tried texting again but no response. Ultimately called phone number again and waited another 15-20min before a guy answered with his dogs barking in the background. He provided the four digit padlock code to get in. After that we had a great time.
This well- loved rental is very near the beach, has convenient 1-car parking, and a true beach vibe- including noisy late night partiers. All the buildings are densely packed together so you’ll hear it all. Bring your chill attitude and enjoy this little little gem.
It would have been great if ALL the window coverings were working - it would have been good if there was more than one days worth of dishes available (washing every night got old) - seriously missed our king-sized bed but the beach is close & local restaurants were GREAT! It WAS AS ADVERTISED

This cute house has that beach vibe we love. Ventura is a charming town and the property is in a great location. The bathroom and kitchen are old school, but were in good condition, and it added to the ambiance of the place. We wish we had stayed longer!
This cute house is older, but in very good condition. It has a great beachy vibe and is a good size for 2 people. The long balcony is great too.
This property is directly behind a popular restaurant, the Lucky Thai. There is a lot of foot traffic and one morning trucks to service the restaurant and garbage trucks woke me up really, really early. Be prepared. The bungalow is close to the beach but kitchen and bathroom are very small and cramped. The toilet and toilet cleaning tools were disgusting and both should be replaced. The toilet does not flush solid waste down the toilet and needs to be flushed several times, we are in a water shortage!! I wouldn’t stay there again, for what you get it is really pricey. Oh, and the guest is supposed to take out the garbage barrels and bring them back in, really?
All the years going to California, we never thought that the exit to Ventura, would reveal such a perfect little beach town. The location of the condo is perfect. The space is Very clean, quaint and cozy. We could hear the ocean when we would go to sleep at night, which is the best! We definitely look forward to another stay at this perfect little piece of Paradise❤️
