Stayed May 2, 2026Wonderful location. Lots of pillows and towels. Management company is great with communication. Downside - squeaky small bed made sleeping a bit challenging. WiFi was really so slow I gave up on it. Barely any counter for meal prep. Frying pans really shallow so hard to cook bigger meals. If you just want to eat out, this won’t be an issue.

Stayed May 3, 2025We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The house was perfect. Super clean. Right by the ocean. At night you can hear the ocean. The only thing was when we got there, there was a lock on the gate that needed a code to open. I was able to call the property manager and they provided me the code within minutes. I will be coming to Ventura in the next couple of months and will stay here again if possible

Stayed Mar 1, 2025This was a great duplex!! It was steps to the sandy beach. I enjoyed my stay, although I was in contact with the host everyday due to NO TV. So if you like a little tv to unwind, make sure they fixed the tv. I say if it’s not working, do not list it as a feature. This was 3 days of messages back and forth with no success. Thankfully I have family nearby and I was able to walk on the beach twice a day.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Good location, got there late and no lights. Struggled to get in. Musty smell along with no step lights (dark patio/steps) gives it a lower review.

Stayed Oct 27, 2023East walk to the beach, restaurants close by, lots of great people watching. The accommodations are comfortable and beachy. We would stay again.
