This 75 m² (807 sq ft) duplex apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. It is located in a building without an elevator, approximately 400 m (2,229 ft) from the slopes and the ESF ski school meeting point, near the resort center. The nearest bus stop and supermarket are about 150 m (591 ft) away.

On the first level, the apartment comprises a living room with a TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette grill, and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room opens onto a south-facing terrace, which extends to the east-facing bedroom. There is a first bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet.
