Cozy Duplex in the heart of the Marais

Well cared for property at a wonderful location near the border between the 3rd and 4th arrondisements make a stay in Paris charming. The beautiful courtyard is deeply redolent of the best of Paris and the excellent location puts exciting parts of Paris within easy walking distance.

Beautiful location and impressive view. Apartment was clean and bright with plenty of shelf and closet space. Apartment could use written info for guests.

The owner was very responsive. We arrived early and he was kind enough to allow us early checkin. The unit is as described. The location is convenient to public transportation in a very nice area in Paris

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this flat. It is in a beautiful setting, in one of my most favourite locations in Paris. Very close to grocery shopping and public transportation. David was very responsive.

Location was perfect because it's a tranquil spot in a very bustling section of the Marais. Convenient grocery stores made food shopping a breeze. We loved that the beautiful garden in the complex serves people of all ages. This loft property allowed us to spread out and be much more comfortable than in a hotel room. The small but adequately furnished kitchen was all we needed for breakfast and simple meals when tired of eating out. It was great to have a washing machine! We felt very safe because of the various levels of security required to access the apartment. Communication with David was easy and he responded quickly to any questions. We heard our neighbors TV sometimes but it was generally turned off by 11 PM. My only suggestions would be a fresh coat of paint on the stairs and a small repair near the tub in the bathroom.

This apartment was well-located in the Marais - close to public transit and a number of nice shops and restaurants. We enjoyed having this peaceful space to come back to between sightseeing, as it has beautiful natural light and a nice garden outside where you can sit. David put in a lot of effort to accommodate us even though he himself was out of town - he was very responsive and worked with us to find solutions for a late arrival time, etc. We really enjoyed our time here and found it a great home base for exploring Paris!

It was clean and well-equipped. The location was excellent. We were there in December and it was warm and quiet.

Great spot very close to Everything in Paris, would Highly recommend to anyone going to Paris and looking to be out in the city. David was very accommodating as well, very helpful!

The apartment was perfect for our needs. We stayed for 8 days and found the location to be ideal. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very nice with a relaxing tub/shower combo. There is plenty of room and everything you need to enjoy a week in Paris. David was very helpful and a great host.
