Cozy Detached Studio Guest Retreat in the Country!

Super cool people, accommodating and friendly. Cool little spot in sunny Gilbert, relaxing, private, and a great value. The fresh eggs from the hens I saw roaming around the grounds were the fluffiest and most delicious I think I've ever had! Great experience!

Really enjoyed the area where the unit is located - rural feel to it, but not that far from restaurants, bars and shopping

This place is very thoughtfully supplied and very comfortable

It is small, but was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a very quiet place, you won’t know the city was near by. It fitted are needs.

The room is very small but it had everything I needed for one person. I was there for two weeks so I loved the access to the laundry. There was also a patio to sit on which was nice too. It was very quiet. There was also a great running trail and water reserve park I could easily walk to which I loved. I would stay again.

Everything was as described. Very clean and well furnished. I loved having the Schwinn bike to explore with. The canal trails and the Riperian Preserve were within 1/4 of a mile.

I had a quiet and restful stay at the studio while recovering from eye surgery. Everything was just perfect from the kitchen and bath to the comfortable bed and snacks. Loved the outdoor sitting area near the fire pit and BBQ. So peaceful with the birds chirping, the bunnies playing in the pasture to the hummingbirds sipping water from the flowers after a cool relaxing morning rain. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to my favorite places. I will definitely be booking again for follow up appointments. Thank you for offering such a lovely place for everyone to enjoy!

Tina and Brandon are stellar hosts! This little house is absolutely my favorite place to stay when I visit Phoenix. It’s so nice and quiet. They think of everything you need to enjoy your stay. Easy to find. A joy to stay at. Wonderful hosts. I could not ask for more

Awesome stay

Great stay for a solo female traveler. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, and I loved hearing the donkey in the distance. Highly recommend

The tiny house we stayed in was very cozy and was full of thoughtful additions, such as makeup remover and bug spray. It was amazing how many amenities were available in this small space. The location is excellent. You feel like you are in the country, but in just a few minutes you are in the midst of Gilbert, AZ. The Gilbert Riparian Preserve is 8 minutes walking distance away. The hosts were easy to communicate with and are very nice people. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in this lovely place.

Everything was fine

The villa was small and there were no chairs for the fold out table. The bed was comfortable, and the TV service was great.

Perfect, quite, cozy. Above and beyond anything else in the area!! Highly reccomend!

This tiny house is fine for a couple for a very short stay, or one person for a bit more extended time. Kitchen area and appliances are a bit difficult to manage if you're trying to prepare actual meals. The grill did work well fortunately. Outside spaces are small and narrow and fenced in, unlike at least one of the photos. Proximity to the Riparian Preserve was a redeeming feature. Walking there is very nice.In general I would say you get what you pay for.

The Tiny House was exactly what I needed for my stay in AZ. I needed a place to rest at night and have a peaceful morning. The front patio area was perfect for morning coffee. I really felt right at home. I had no disruptions and had everything I needed. A huge thanks to the owners of the Tiny House.

What a joy to stay in Tina and Brandon's tiny house. Their hospitality was second to none. Loved the welcome treats, farm fresh eggs, sourdough bread, juices, milk, keurig coffee, etc. The quiet country feel neighborhood was so relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again.
