Cozy Cottage w/ Park Pass, 1 Mi to Jenkinson Lake!

This little cozy cabin is a slice of the great Northern part of California. It really takes you back in time and just love the locals here. Melissa makes you feel right at home ? and is just as awesome as the lake a mile away. Thanks Melissa for making my vacation and my best friends wedding glamping vacation the time of my life!

Felt so cozy and loved the feeling of being somewhere remote yet close to shops and grocery stores, etc.

The cottage was perfect for our trip! We used it as a base to explore Pollack Pines, Sly Park, a rafting trip, and exploring Placerville. The bed was comfortable and everything you need is in the kitchen! We loved this place and would stay again!

Overall the property was as described and had nice amenities. The property manager was timely in her responses and helped make my stay much easier while traveling with kayaks. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and coffee before going out on the lake every day, made mornings quick and easy to get out of the door. I would definitely recommend this property to someone who wants a weekend get away with tons of hiking and outdoor activities nearby.

This was the perfect home away from home! We enjoyed all the trees around and utilized both indoor & outdoor space. The water fountain out back was tranquility I didn't know I needed! They really thought of EVERYTHING..even down to toys for different ages to makeup remover towels! My family of 4 & 2 pups had plenty of space. Would highly recommend and come back. :]

The cabin was exactly as described, host was responsive, and the rental served as a great local getaway for our family and pups. Would definitely consider returning!

Cozy cottage is an understatement. There was attention to every detail. Kitchen was stocked with all you need. The decor was adorable and the cottage was immaculate.Thank you for our lovely stay. We look forward to rebooking in the future.

This is an absolutely amazing property and the nicest and the loveliest VRBO place I’ve stayed in!!! I wish I could give it 10 stars!! Clean, spacious, adorably furnished with a bear theme (check out the bathroom print!), super nice amenities and very thoughtful special touches! I wanted to sit in the back patio area all day and listen to the fountain! Doing a LOT of moving and cleaning out of a friend’s home and this was a perfect oasis at the end of a roughy day! Melissa, the property manager, was accessible and easy to deal with!! Hope to stay there many more times! Thank you!!
