Nestled behind a beautiful traditional building, this small house of approximately 42 m² offers two bedrooms and a terrace, accommodating up to five people.

You enter a comfortable living room equipped with a television and a double sofa bed (140 cm). The dining room and adjoining kitchen are fully equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a conventional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, atwo-burner ceramic cooktop, and an extractor hood. The first bedroom, facing south and accessible from the terrace, has two single bunk beds (90 cm) and a washing machine. The second bedroom, facing east, is furnished with a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom with toilet is accessible from the second bedroom.

You can enjoy a lovely terrace of approximately 18 m² with furniture and a barbecue for convivial outdoor gatherings.
Street parking is free. The location is ideal, with a Monoprix supermarket 260 meters away, a municipal market 600 meters away, the beach 230 meters away, and the train station 1 kilometer away! The rental is well-equipped, including a portable air conditioner, and easy to maintain. Fiber optic internet/Wi-Fi is available.
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner Le Linge du Bassin (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), as is end-of-stay cleaning.
