Cozy & Convenient Elmont Retreat w/ Patio!

My daughter and I found the place cozy, clean, and safe.

This stay was great! It smelled really good and the host was very kind and communicative. Would stay again.

A wonderful gem close to NYC. Superhost was quite welcoming with good communication before and during stay. It was a peaceful and restful experience.

Place was quiet, clean and had a cozy feeling. Just the right size for my husband and me. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again if in the area.

Too small but i guess i couldn't tell by looking online. It served its purpose though. Pull out bed wasnot comfortable.

I was very comfortable in Dr. C's space. She was very communitive and superbly cordial. The property was well maintained and tidy. I loved the yard. There is a bistro table right outside of the bathroom door that accesses the yard. I felt cozy and at home. It's a great location close to UBS Arena, and I look forward to booking again for other events. The couch was comfortable enough that I didn't feel a need to open it. The bathroom is bright, clean, and designed nicely. The apartment has all the amenities one would require. Dishes, bowls, utensils, pots, microwave, mini refrigerator, condiments, tea, coffee, napkins, towels, soaps, body wash, and cleaning supplies were included. I didn't see a toaster, but I didn't require one and Im sure Dr. C would have addressed it promptly if I needed it. A tabletop ironing bored and iron are in the spacious mirrored closet that has spare hangers to use. The tall ceiling, mood recessed lighting, and ceiling fan kept the place super bright. The window air conditioner is noisy, but that's to be expected and doesn't bother me. I would recommend bringing a pair of slippers or socks since the floors are all tiled and can get cold. Overall, I was so pleased and this was easily one of my best experiences!

Besides the fact your backyard boots up to a cemetery..this place was ok. Cons:-Very small-Too much clutter no where to really put your stuff because of all the decor-Shared backyard and driveway. -Only one car allowed in driveway.-Bed sinks in a littlePros: Very quick responses from host.It’s a warm place to stay.It does the job. We were only here for 2 days, so it was doable. But having more than one person stay in this tiny spot I would not suggest.

The location was perfect for getting to the airport and Brooklyn. The suite was well stocked with more amenities that we will ever need, water and even some treats. It has an off-street parking which is a huge bonus. The place appears to have been recently updated. It has a beautiful and comfortable design. The host is kind. The pull-out sofa bed isn't for everyone but it served our needs for the short stay.
